A man’s home is his castle? I wouldn’t want that built next to my home, but you have to admit, it was very well done! The hours spent on all that painting! And it looks like that one really ornate floor is all paint also. That is some talent.

😳😳😬 That first one is way, WAY too much texture. The second one is lovely but way too refined for my peasant sensibilities LOL.

That first house is super cheap but I don’t know what’s average for that area. It has a limited appeal doesn’t it! So maybe buying it would have to (presumably) complete gut it.
And £10 mil for the villa!! 😳

Oh bless. All that artwork and effort, and a blocked-off fireplace and radiators.

I wonder how many viewers walked through the door of the first one and just turned round and walked straight back out again. I bet it will end up at auction.
The villa is lovely but too much for me, both in size and decoration. The location is stunning though.

Maybe it is my small screen that is hiding all the details? On my screen it looks well done. I imagine if it is bad on yours, it would be horrible in person.

The first home.......no surface left untouched! If it were all one neutral color throughout, it would present forth so much more appealing esthetically. Space and floor plan wise, it has potential.
The Villa. Too big and too ornate for my liking.

So the villa ---- bathroom pic really does not impress. a) massive big curtains literally inches from toilet. yuk. b) TP requires significant torso flexibility to access c) dual sinks are nice, but no surface on which to set stuff conveniently.
The whole villa would be an impressive setting for an event, but not conducive to comfortable everyday living, at least not by me or my family.

What is that red appliance in the middle of the kitchen of the Villa??? I think it's a meat cutter like you see in a deli, in particular the italian meat, Prosciutto. But I'm only guessing, it's pretty imposing though!

I think it's a meat slicer as well. Weird that it is on carpet. Beautiful kitchen though...that stove is amazing.

The first one looks like something out of Monty Python.

The first one has the feel of a stage set for a local theatre performance.
The villa is lovely and those views are breathtaking.

I couldn't see the first one.
The 2nd one makes me wish I was in that income tax bracket.

The first one looks like something out of Monty Python. That’s what it reminded me of too.

I love the little note in the first one's description - "In need of modernisation". It looks like a poor attempt at a medieval castle-type style.
The villa is just way too much of well, everything except location.
