I was loving all of the color until I got to the kitchen. That is definitely a statement house.

First, over 8k square feet and only 2bedrooms?
Second, $3 million seems like a deal, but you’d have to put in another million or so just to update it.
It’s sad to see the house and know they’re gone. I heard they’re going to demolish it for condos.
Love the Chinese antiques.

Three million seems cheap for that. I had to laugh at the tanning bed room.. with the couch next to it. I was thinking.. 'wait here while I tan please'... lol
I can almost hear Robin Leach's voice going through the pictures. The life of luxury of the 1980s!

I love it! It's obviously not my style, but I can certainly see them walking down the halls, and IMO a home should reflect the personalities of its owners. If there is a thing as tastefully garish, I think that house qualifies.

Well it sure isn't cookie-cutter. Geez, I'd buy it but it looks like it has an old tube TV in the kitchen... pic number 47

Not my taste but I like it! I looks like a very peaceful home. You can tell they put a lot of thought in the design. It’s sad to think it’s an end of an era I’d pay 3 million for it

So that's what a lifetime of torturing and abusing animals gets you. I hope the money goes to a legitimate big cat charity/rescue/sanctuary...and I hope they are both rotting in hell.

I’d struggle to find anything I like about that property.

The study/library is the only room I really like. All that light coming through the stained glass windows is lovely.

All of that on 0.42 acres. Man it has to be super crowded with the guest houses and pool. It am sure the camera person worked their magic. There is a house exactly like my daughter's house for sale in her neighborhood. They make the yard look so big and the rooms too. Not so thus I imagine the land itself is overly crowded.

I assume it was used to contain a tiger. They kept them on the property.

Maybe they should have opened it up for tours like Graceland and give the proceeds back to animal sanctuaries or animal rescues. It's definitely Vegas - old-school Vegas. Maybe they could rent out the guest houses as more of an experience?
But living in Arizona and having similar heat, I cannot imagine how hot that house is - or how much their air conditioning bill must be with those greenhouse-like windows. Sweating just thinking about it.

I assume it was used to contain a tiger. They kept them on the property. There was a "larger cage" outside that looked like it was for the tigers. I have parrots, and I would assume this was an indoor aviary. Perfect flooring for poop.

To lock up animals. Some for the big cats they inbred...so that visitors can stare at them.

Okay I love it, lol. If I had a ton of money and multiple homes I'd totally buy and and leave it as is in it's tastefully garish glory! It just sings happy to me.
Except for the Rosary beads in that front bathroom. What was that about? To pray for a good poop?
