I’ve seen a couple of ads recently, and I think one was talked about on GMA, but I can’t remember what it was. I looked up cooling sheets, and a review page came up with the top brands for 2023, but I’ve never heard of them, or the review page.
I have started having hot flashes. There’s no sweating, just all of a sudden hot, and have to peel everything off/can’t get comfortable. If you have hot flashes (or not…DH has started having the same issue every once in a while.), so cooling sheets help? We already have a cooling mattress. It seemed to work great when we first got it, but I can’t really tell if it’s doing anything anymore.
Thoughts? Thanks!

I haven't tried cooling sheets.
When sleeping, my head gets hot and sweaty. I have tried several cooling pillows and this one is best for me >> Columbia Ice Fiber Side Sleeper Down-Alternative Pillow. I love it. I do have to flip it back and forth sometimes. I've tried several cooling pillows in years past, before I found this one. Been using it for years. Currently on my second set of them (I have two on my bed).
I have a cooling memory foam mattress. I haven't really noticed a big difference between this one and the regular one. Cooling one is slightly retaining less warmth than the regular one, but it's definitely not cool.

Thank you! Bought two sets. They were on sale for a great price! I hope they help, but even if they don’t, we needed new sheets to go with our new comforter.

We’ve used Tencel sheets for years, but I prefer the ones from West Elm. My husband is a hot sleeper (well, he runs hot all the time, which I love as he’s a great personal heater!). In fact, I had another set arrive yesterday.

We’ve used Tencel sheets for years, but I prefer the ones from West Elm. I love Tencel sheets! I get mine from Amazon, because...$$$ lol DH even commented on them, about how much he liked them. I don't know if they are cooling, but I feel like they are very breathable and don't bunch up. They have a nice soft silky feel. I have two sets, and they are from the same brand/Amazon seller, but one color seems nicer than the other. Go figure.

Get a BedJet, you'll never look back. Truly the most fabulous and useful gift I've ever gotten.

I have tensel sheets and like them.
I am getting heavy ads on facebook for something called Rest Duvet which is supposed to be a cooling duvet except it is super expensive.
Has anyone tried it?

I wear cool pajamas and use cooling sheets. Our sheets are from the sleep number store. One tip that I heard here and seems to work for me is to limit your sugar intake. I tend to see a difference in the amount of hot flashes when I cut down on sugar. Hope it works for you too!

I may have to get them for my husband who is a warm sleeper. My 19 yr. old may want them for her room too. Our upstairs is about 10 degrees warmer than our first floor in the summer.

Which cool pajamas? I like cool nights from Soma, but I am not sure if they work
