Cheese. I mean I eat it on pizza and stuff but if I make my own I go super light on the cheese- just enough to hold it together and I would never eat cheese alone as a snack. I can eat it in anything I just wouldn’t choose to eat it or choose not that much. Same with ice cream- sure I can eat it but I’d chose just about any other dessert over it.

Hummus is always my first answer, but now that I see sushi, I'll say both as well. I havent tried sushi, but the concept just doesnt appeal to me. And salmon. I do not like salmon

Avocados. My FIL makes a good guacamole, so I thought, maybe I'm misremembering how much I dislike avocados and so I had one on top of a salad somewhere. Nope. Icky and slimey.
I also have a texture thing with beans. I will suffer through a few black beans on a salad, but otherwise keep them away.
Green peppers are also a no-go for me.

Potato salad....gag! I hate mayonnaise so it's definitely a no go. Same! I hate those mayonnaise based salads that are so common. Ewwwwwwww.

For me it's melon. I can sometimes eat watermelon if it's super red and sweet, but I don't search it out. I do not care for honeydew and cantaloupe almost makes me gag. I can eat very ripe, sweet watermelon, but choose it infrequently. I do not like cantaloupe or honeydew at all - and it seems like every time I eat out, that's the fruit that comes with my meal.

Are we talking firm “won’t eat” or simply don’t care for?
I don’t care for pizza or sushi but I’ll eat either under the right circumstances (don’t want to cook, it’s convenient, I’m cheap, lazy…take your pick)
I don’t eat Mayo or miracle whip. Additionally I don’t eat baked beans or coleslaw…..so picnics/bbqs usually kinda suck for me.

The only food mentioned on this thread other than meat that I won't eat is cottage cheese.
Sushi and avocados are my favorites.

So many things! I was really picky growing up.
On my YUCK list: avocado most kinds of fish (and lobster) coffee (even the smell makes me want to hurl) most kinds of tea (sometimes smells good but tastes like dirt) hummus cilantro onions cream based pies (French silk, coconut cream, banana cream, etc.) whipped cream or anything with whipped cream in it watermelon or green apple flavored candies (the smell is nauseating) kale anything spicy hot like sriracha, horseradish, wasabi bleu cheese
I’m sure there’s more. There’s a lot of stuff I don’t like!

I don't like bacon and not due to religious reasons, though I guess that's part of it. I just don't like it. Bacon burgers are a big turn-off.

And matcha? I tried it once in a drink at Wawa. It tasted like someone took a handful of wet dirt and threw it in a blender with some fresh cut grass and tried to call it a smoothie.

Cilantro, Olives, sushi(or any "raw" fish), Coffee or anything coffee or mocha flavored, Artificial strawberry flavored stuff, spicy peppers (jalapeno, ghost, etc). I'm with you on spicy peppers. I have never liked them and now they seriously disagree with a bladder condition, so nope. And so many dishes in restaurants now seem to have super spicy ingredients to add a "twist", be trendy etc.

I'm sorry. We can't be friends. Although, more for me? I can't stand watermelon. Even the smell is disgusting. I've only in the last few years been able to eat eggs, but only scrambled. I prefer just scrambled egg whites. After reading all the responses, I'll add beets and fennel. I notice on the cooking competitions they use fennel A LOT. Ick.

I like pretty much everything you all have listed as things you don't like. Things I absolutely LOVE that you have mentioned: all seafood and fish, avocados, beets, asparagus, peppers (both hot and mild), spicy food, cottage cheese, all cheese, most herbs and spices, sushi, chocolate, olives, mango, mushrooms, curry, beer, coffee, squash, etc. Seriously, if you told me that I had to spend the rest of my life eating nothing but that list I'd be ecstatic. You all pretty much made a list of everything I love. The only two things that I can think of that I really dislike are raw carrots (I'm fine if they are cooked) and chewy candy. Now I'm hungry...
