AI has created a male/female face for each state in the US. Kind of amusing.

I would love to know what data AI analyzed to generate Indiana 😵💫 because that reflects about 1% of what this state looks like… especially compared to the very stereotypical portrayals of the other midwestern states. Big swing and a miss IMO.

Jesus all those blonde women - ridiculous. What are less than 20% of women in the US blonde - can't remember the exact number, but even accounting for dying it was silly. They even had at least two of the rarer red heads. Not nearly enough ethic diversity to reflect reality.

According to this we all should move to Indiana or Hawaii, because they were hands down the happiest. Some of them looked like they were starring in the middle of an apocalypse/disaster movie.

Does Kentucky have a lot of redheads? I’m a hairdresser in KY and I’m gonna say no. 😂😂 But I am married to a redhead.

Oh dear God - Connecticut is kind of spot on! It may have been the glasses, but I immediately thought “that actually looks about right”. Now Indiana, those are very attractive people, but I think our population in only about 10% African American, so as lovely as the gal is…..I don’t think she very representative of the state. As for the age, I think the average age skews closer to 40, so I have no idea why that algorithm produced such a young couple.

The woman must reeeeeeally hate living in Kentucky! I think it's because of her hairdo. I need to give her the name of my hairdresser. 🤣 Also, I live in Kentucky, and I actually do know quite a few redheads. Never really thought about it before. I wonder if we do have a higher than average redhead population? (I also happen to know a larger than average number of left-handed people too so my experience is most likely anecdotal and not scientific in the least. 🤣)

I remember years ago when we went to Rapid City in SD my kids commented that everyone there was blonde. I looked around and they were right. I think there are areas, obviously not the big cities were this is very predominant.

The pose of the Indiana pair is different from the others, too. They're posing for engagement pics while everyone else is posing for American Gothic.

I expected that in one of the west coast states. The school that I teach at is 60-65% Korean/Korean American with another 10-15% being Indian/Pakistani. It reflects my neighborhood population (I live 1.3 miles from the school - it was where my boys went to ES). My Northern VA town has one of the largest Korean/Korean American populations in the US.

Half the men depicted look like the same man with a slight attempt to disguise himself?
I did see those exact 2 NJ people last time I was on the Path train though.

AI needs some guidance on weather. It's very mild here in NC. It does get cold enough to wear the coats in the photos but maybe 2 months out of the year and mostly if you live in my area or further west.

I feel Like the weight, hair color, ages and ethnicities are all a bit off.
And what is up with all the red noses? A lot of them look straight out of the dust bowl.
