I use it on practically every project.
2. Xyron sticker maker
Perfect to run my small items through.
3. Jenni Bowlin ink pads
I have loved her colors for years and will be sad when my pads dry out.
4. Le Pen
My favorite pens to write with.
5. Tags
My favorite to use for journaling along with tucking and layering.

Hard to pinpoint 5 current ones PaperAngel.  1. Sakura pens, they've always been good performers. 2. 3L adhesives 3. Carta Bella & Echo Park papers - always lots of usable "B" sides. 4. I want to say Fiskars trimmers, but my current one sure doesn't cut straight  5. My 2 sets of Hero Arts tiny alphabets - they've paid for themselves many times over. |

Oh good question! My top 5 would be:
-Basic Grey paper collections
-49th & Market, a new found love
-Tim Holtz distress oxides inks
-AE stamps, phrase stickers, chipboard
-twine & ink stickers (SC?), the wonky hearts, alphas that just fit right, etc
There are a few more brands of paper that I love, like VB and HS but I thought about stuff that I always grab to put on a layout or find easy to use. I love VB/HS papers but struggle to use them.

Taylored Expressions - absolutely love the stencils and her ink and paper colors aren't bad either!
Vicki Boutin - Not normally my style, but I'm currently working on her class from the spring C&C Delivered papercrafting event and I'm loving the way things are turning out.
Doodlebug - (surprisingly!) I realized as I thought about this question that I'm using a lot of Doodlebug stuff recently on some home decor items.
Three is the best I can do. Most of the other things I'm using now are several years old at this point. After a recent purge and clean, I'm using some of that stuff that I had forgotten I owned.

1. Cocoa Vanilla Studios - their boy lines are the best! I love their other stuff too
2. Echo Park - everything is so usable for me
3. Elle’s Studio - love that the colors are fairly consistent, making mixing and matching easier. The journal “tags” each month are all very usable in my scrapping and PL, the stamps are great and hard to pass up, I LOVE the puffy stars and hearts, and she makes great embellishments
4. Pinkfresh Studios - their embellishments are great, and I love the collections designed by Geralyn Sy
5. Bella Blvd - cute, and also lots of great b sides.

1. Paper Rose Studio- new to me and I am hooked- prettiest papers and co-ordinating products and because they are closer to home the prices and shipping are reasonable
2.Tombow Aqua liquid glue- for me this beats out all the more niche and expensive brands everytime
3.Solar Paste- alligator tears- my latest purchase and I am in love. Trying to resist buying more colours just yet!
4. Stampin Up cling stamps sentiments- my most “go to” sentiment stamps, always a perfect image.
5. Fabriano Black Black cardstock- the perfect weight and deepest black/

-Pinkfresh Studio (I love their scrapbook collections and also their card making products. I believe they started the trend of ink blending for deferent layers and it is so much easier than layered stamps. They are one of the mainstream manufacturer and still they are a little more experimental with their themes for scrapbook collections. eg. Boys fort, a case of the blahs, super cool, Indigo dreams, simply the best, tourist mode etc.) AND their out and about is my absolute all time favorite travel line that was designed by Geralyn.
-American crafts-Paige Evans (when I use it in small doses or else it feels too much. I love her brighter color choices).
-Cocoa vanilla (it's a hit or miss for me. I loved their previous collections but not loving any of their recent releases. Their older collections were so different.I hope they can be a bit more experimental now.)
-The greetery ( I love her esthetic but it is not for everyone. You need to be a bit more advanced crafter to be able to get results like hers. I buy her stuff occasionally but takes me a lot of practice to create pretty cards like hers)
I miss My minds eye sb collections and basic grey the most. Basic grey nook and pantry was my all time favorite collection. I also miss little yellow bicycle embellishments. Their tags were so detailed and so many layers to it. I bought some Jenni bowlin stuff on Etsy and it's really pretty.
I started scrapbooking late so I have a lot of stuff that I had to trace on eBay/etsy that I collected over time.

Vicki Boutin - I love pretty much everything about her collections. I love the colors and that most of the patterns are easy to use. I also like that there is some type of continuity from one collection to the next so they mix well together.
Simple Stories - I find a lot of their themes pretty neutral/versatile. The colors in their collections mix well together also.
Creative Memories - best tools around. I've been using their corner rounder & cutting system for 15+ years. I've added their rotary trimmer and mini guillotine trimmer in the past couple of years and I am really happy with them as well.
Cocoa Vanilla - I love the color combo in all their collections.

Crate Paper - easy to mix between lines. I also almost always (except for this new line) really like the images.
Pinkfresh Studio - easy to mix paper lines, love the patterns, colors, thickness of the paper, embellishments, letter stickers.
Echo Park - not every line, mostly Halloween and Christmas. Like the images, colors, patterns.
Simple Stories - another paper easy to use between lines. Mostly just get Halloween and Christmas. Like the images and color of the line I choose.
Ohuhu - affordable alcohol markers.

Vicki Boutin- love the artsiness and freshness of the papers, embellishments and art products
Simple Stories- it's practical - good themed collections that I can use - it's just pretty

I have used the Fiskars ProCision Rotary Bypass Trimmer for over eight years & highly recommend it, if your workspace can accomodate its 19.5L x 8.75W (unfolded) footprint. It's accurate (i.e. cuts straight every time!) with a self-sharpening/never-needs-to-be-replaced blade, folds for storage &/or portability, & has a lifetime warranty. HTH. |

Thank you PaperAngel. I've wondered about a rotary trimmer. Are you able to cut out the center of papers with a rotary? The one you mentioned is a little pricey for me but Fiskars does offer other models. Of course I've probably spent more than that trying to find the perfect trimmer. |

In no particular order:
1. 49 & Market - I have loved the layouts I made with this paper way more than I thought I would. Their "foundations" papers make perfect backgrounds and they have so many fun embellishments. I find their product plays well with others.
2. Simple Stories - Such a solid company and product line. There is an excellent variety of product and their variety of lines work well for my life and the photos I have. I have some major love for their recent collaborations with Bo Bunny and My Minds Eye.
3. Vicki Boutin (American Crafts) - Vicki B is definitely my favourite AC designer. I love her aesthetic and have had so much fun playing with her product. I also love the variety of embellishments that are put out as part of her lines. It makes scrapping easy. While this isn't always a popular opinion, I will give a huge shout out to American Crafts overall--nobody rocks a b-side quite like AC and they are a staple of my scrappy stash across all of their current and past lines.
4. Elle's Studio - She has such great stamps and versatile embellishments. This is another product line that plays well with others and I love stocking up on her embellishments.
5. Ranger - Distress inks are a real staple for me, as are archival inks.
Honourable mentions go to:
- Cocoa Vanilla - I love the papers I have from this company. I don't have a huge stash of their product but really like what I do have.
- Color Cast Designs - Their acrylic pieces are perfect "special" embellishments. I have amassed quite a few through my sub and need to use them more. They really pop on a page.
- Altenew - They get a mention for their enamel dots. Amazing colours and great value.
- Photo Play - They have some niche products that I have used and loved. I'm not always a theme scrapper, but when I want a specific theme they have had some great products to use.

You can print all of these if you like so I'm counting them as papercrafting brands, too. Kristin Cronin-Barrow is my #1 favorite designer. She and I have been friends since 2004 and "grew up" in the digital industry together. I usually only keep a small stash of supplies after I create a page but I always keep her kits, and I use her stuff more than any other designer. She has created paper lines but they're out of print now, I think: linkI'm not ordering the rest but my other faves are Studio Basic Designs, Little Butterfly Wings, Humble & Create, and Allison Pennington. |

I apologize that I don't know the answer to your question, since I kept my old Fiskars SureCut Deluxe exclusively to "gut" paper. Like you, I realized it was likely the same cost & much less frustration to invest in a proven trimmer than continue to sample numerous, less expensive options that never cut straight & needed frequent blade replacements. I purchased the ProCision in 2015 at a big box craft store with a coupon for ~$50 (only ~$10 more than the SureCut Deluxe)! Perhaps you may still be able to find the ProCision on sale or clearance at a big box craft store. HTH. |

Recently, I’ve purchased 49 & MARKET, SIMPLE STORIES, VICKI BOUTIN, TIM HOLTZ DYES & OXIDES and the last JENN HADFIELD line.
I rarely buy ECHO PARK, CARTA BELLA, PINKFRESH, PHOTOPLAY or DOODLEBUG.
I still like STUDIO CALICO but usually stick to their digitals. I can’t take the drama of monthly kits.

Echo Park, Reminisce, Paper Studio tend to be my go-tos - a combination of availability and useability. The new SG collections also
I love the LOOK of Pinkfresh, 40 & Market, and others but Pinkfresh is hard to use and 49 & Market is overwhelming...there's too many options so I've never bought any

Thanks for your responses. My fab five:
- Bazzill: Cardstock is the base of every layout (for two decades & counting!)
- Simple Stories (non-vintage collections): I appreciate the classic patterns in usable color palettes, tag paper in each collection for its reverse (i.e. plain/lined/grids with patterned toppers & contrasting hole reinforcers), enamel dots, & stencil designs.
- Echo Park: I also like its classic patterns, usable color palettes, solids, & stencil designs.
- Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L: I've used the EZ-Runner original dispensers since their introduction.
- VersaFine Clair: These are the only inks that I currently own/use for minimal mixed media (e.g. basic stamping, stenciling, inking edges, splatters) which I've purposely incorporated more often in a recent effort to increase usage of my tools.
Honorable mention:
- Pinkfresh (non-floral collections, especially In A Creative Bubble collaborations): I like the simple/modern aesthetic/designs, cool color palettes, & enamel dots.

Uniquely Creative (Australian brand) - gorgeous scrapbooking & card kits/supplies- and I love the wide variety of products that they have. I especially love their rhinestones/pearls because they are different to other companies. Great customer service too.
Avery Elle. Always loved their stamps/dies & that they don't have too many releases. Also love that they have some smaller sets that are more affordable.
Basic Grey. I always loved their paper ranges & still have some in my stash.
Kaisercraft. Always loved their products and still love them. I am lucky enough to have a nearby Kaisercraft store & love to shop in there.
Penny Black stamps. Some of my first ever stamps were wood mounted Penny Black from years and years ago. I still use those stamps today because they just don't date and I love them as much as I did when I first bought them. Excellent quality and the rubber is still in beautiful condition.

I especially love their rhinestones/pearls because they are different to other companies. Great customer service too. I'm in the US and I just received my first order of Uniquely Creative. I ordered it directly from the company. I bought the grunge/graffiti line with the animals. I haven't used it yet but I'm really excited to try it. I have used some Uniquely Creative products in the past because some came in a NJFB kit. My only complaint with them is that I had to sign for the package. Fortunately I was home the second time the post came. If it was during the school year it would be a pain in the butt to get it. |
