Local news is reporting that, currently, the lowest resale price for a Taylor Swift ticket for this weekend's concert is over $1500.
If you had an artist who you really wanted to see, and you had a ticket, at what price would you decide to just sell your ticket?

I bought our Taylor Swift tickets for about $350 (100 level) and they were selling for 1800-2000 before the concert. I asked both of my girls if they wanted to sell and they were a hard no. They were gifts to them so they could have kept the money. I asked my oldest what her price point would be and she replied that she doesn't think there was one for her.
ETA: Prior to the concert I would have sold them even at a much lower price if my daughters were okay with it. However, now that the concert is over I am glad they wanted to keep them. It was a great, memorable night with my daughters.

In fact, she sold two of her tickets at face value to her sister's friend (teenage) who would have never been able to pay the $1800+ tickets. She was so thankful. My daughter last night was like "ummmm, I could have made some money out of those tickets".. lol.

In the instance of concert tickets, making money is not a motivating factor for me so unless I couldn't attend, I wouldn't sell my tickets.

I would only sell if I didn’t actually want to go to the concert.

I think I would sell my ticket to any concert for a $1000 profit.

I wouldn’t sell, but recognize that’s an incredibly privileged position. Professional resellers can go to hell but I can’t blame anyone for selling a ticket when they can make well over $1000 profit on it.

Based on how sales went with this concert. I wouldn't sell for a profit.
If I couldn't go, I'd find someone who wanted them and sell them for what I paid.
There's a lot of sad girls out there that can't afford those prices and the Bots and Ticket master really f'ed this one up.

Stuff is just stuff. I’d rather have experiences. We had amazing floor tickets for this tour and could have made a fortune but we went. And honestly, other than my wedding and births of my children, it was one of the best nights of my life. As long as I wasn’t struggling to put food on the table or a roof over our heads, I’d keep the tickets.

My daughter's pretty finance smart, but I honestly don't think there was any amount of money that would make her agree to give up our Taylor Swift tickets. Maybe it was enhanced by the incredible difficulty in actually getting tickets. The whole debacle turned into a bonding experience as she even convinced her dad at work to try for tickets - there were 5 of us with codes vying for 6 tickets. Then you add on how the whole tour became an "experience". I'm sure there's a number, but it's not 1,000 - and she works damn hard to make 1,000.
Other random concert -eh I'll catch the next one, but this wasn't a random concert. Oh we ended up with 2 sets of 6 and sold one at face to another mother of die hard Swifties in our neighborhood - gotta pass on the good karma.

I hate concerts but if I was a young girl with TSwift tickets, no amount of money would persuade me to give them up. My friend took her daughter and some other girls and it honestly looked like a great show and a wonderful time and memory for them! Something the extra money couldn't buy.
She showed me several clips and I think even I would have enjoyed myself.

I have to answer zero dollars because I would never buy concert tickets these days in the first place. I’ve been to a few concerts in my lifetime and even if the artist is great and the show is done well, it’s just totally not my thing. The older I get the more I dislike being in hoards of people, paying inflated prices for mediocre food, drinks and souvenirs, getting gouged for parking, etc., etc., etc. I can’t think of anyone I would pay to see live in concert.
