My return address stamps are just last name and address. There are three people living in my house so one stamp works for all of us. I have one self inking and one red rubber. I hate the self inking one. It's always splotchy and doesn't stamp well if there are any bumps on the envelope.
Plus my red rubber one is an outline of a husky. It stamps beautifully and I can use different colors or even heat emboss.

We have just last name and address... and it is a regular stamp because I like to send cards... I use washi on the envelopes... so I pick ink colors that match the washi... usually the washi matches the card... lol
but just last name and po box... I dont even use our physical address... we get our mail at the post office... if the post office isnt too far from you and too inconvenient.. you might consider using that... just for a more safety security kinda option...

When I was toying with selling on ebay, I got a mailbox at a local office store. It made me feel better that strangers wouldn't have my home address. I also had all my packages sent there so I didn't have to worry about porch pirates.

Another option is to not use a return address. There are a few reasons to use one, wrong address, refused to accept, moved with no forward, died, got damaged. The USPS delivers on average 150 million pieces of first class letters every day. 2½% are returned for whatever reason, and >1% are lost or damaged.
