I’m a woman of contrast. I tend to switch between QVC and CNN. How about you?

I'm the opposite ... The Food Network or food based shows on Netflix and other streaming services.

I generally Watch something that I’ve recorded. Or, something on Netflix, Prime, etc. I do switch over to CNN occasionally, just to check on recent news.

The Hallmark channel and CNN (although sometimes NewsNation and MSNBC).

We don't have cable so I'm not switching networks. I keep at least 2 streaming shows going at one time. Right now, I'm switching between Yellowstone, the last season of New Amsterdam and keeping up with General Hospital.

When I’m home by myself, I switch between Hallmark Chanels (there are 3) and whatever channel “Bones” is on, if I can find it.

If we are watching TV in the evening (yes live tv folks) and it is basketball season, we will flip between the Raptors game and another show we like to watch. If it is a new episode of one of our regulars (FBI series, etc) we will stay on that and flip to the game at commercials.
If it isn't basketball season, we tend to put a channel on and leave it. DH usually watches videos on his phone and I'm playing an ipad game or crocheting, so focus isn't 100% on the tv.

I'm not a channel flipper. DH is and it drives me nuts! I always end up missing a bit of the show I really want to watch. He also mutes the tv during the commercials (yes we watch live tv too) and its so weird to have the house suddenly go silent in the middle of a show

If it is just something running in the background type thing.. Gilmore Girls and The Office, usually.. I have Gilmore Girls as a background while working. The Office is when I am working a puzzle or crafting. But currently my background while working is Ugly Betty. Haven't seen it in a long time and it's streaming on Netflix.. So I have shelved GG for awhile.

I'm assuming you meant networks? Your title says "shows"..... If you meant shows, then for me my most frequently rewatched are "NCIS", "FBI", and "West Wing". Yeah, that's three, but I couldn't choose. For networks, at the moment it's CNN for news, and Paramount+ for "FBI".

I'm not a switcher. I watch MSNBC from 4-6 pm most days and if I'm watching tv at night, I'm watching a show I'm currently streaming. I don't use tv for background noise.

I switch between the following shows: The Office, Impractical Jokers, Schitts Creek and sometimes Big Bang Theory. Mostly it's just background noise in the evenings.

Right now it’s the Bachelorette and The Summer I turned Pretty. I have One Tree Hill on right now but I didn’t start watching it from the first episode.

Baseball and…nothing is what’s typical for me. But I watch a game most days during the season. Otherwise, I often go months without watching TV or a movie. Before I became interested in professional baseball a couple of years ago it was rare that I watched more than a dozen things a year, movies or TV episodes. Been that way for a while now. But every now and again I’d binge watch something and then nothing again for months. Right now I’m restarting Outlander because I only watched the first few seasons.

I don't flick between channels during a programme. I tend to put something on because I want to watch it.

Either way, it’s more than two.

Typically I watch ID or Oxygen for true crime
If I'm crafting it's reruns of Golden Girls or Mama's Family
