For those who don’t know she was a a very popular host of her own craft show. She was 97. I loved her show!

So sad, I used to watch her show every morning while getting ready for work. I still have a bunch of VSF tapes of her shows somewhere in a box. I should pull them out and take a trip down memory lane.

Did she do quilting shows? She did do quilting, but on her shows she did all sorts of crafts. Yes, that's why I watched her for her variety and quilting seems so intimidating, but fascinating. When I was little, I would go to my great aunt's house where her front room had the full quilt loom and my grandma and sisters would sit around and quilt and we would play underneath. Good memories.

I loved her show. It fueled my love for stamping. I would buy a box set of the DVDs if available! I first saw Tim Holtz on her show.

There were 2 of these threads posted so just copying what I posted on the other one here also.
Very sad. I was also a watcher of her show and often tried some of her crafts or would look into those that her guest did. Mary O’Neil (?) of hot potatoes was always one of my favorites.

This is definitely one of those instances in which you lose track of a celebrity and then when you hear how old they are, you're so surprised. I would never have guessed she was 97. So sad to hear of her passing.

Do you remember how she hated to have to pull the backing off the sticky tape? I loved watching her.

I loved her show! And when she would have Mary O'Neill, from Hot Pocket Stamps on there. Those stamps do such pretty embossing on velvet!
