Tonight is actually leftover night in my house. My parents are coming over and the choices are
1. Leftover Chinese from last night 2. French dips from Saturday 3. Hash that I had in my freezer that I just took out
The remaining will be for lunch over the next few days until I'm sick of them.

The only leftovers we have are takeaways, so we eat them as they are the following day. I prepare the amount of food we need, and we eat it.

I chose "both, depends"
We have a lot of people in the house. leftovers rarely last past the next day.
Usually meals will be eaten as is, but if it's just a little bit of leftovers, it might be incorporated into a wrap sandwich or an omelet.

I do both. Sometimes, I just warm them up as is. Other times, I plan ahead to do something else with the leftovers. One of my favorite things to do years ago when I had 4 kids at home was make Italian meatloaf. Then, I would take the leftovers, cut it up into cubes, and use it in spaghetti sauce. Little square meatballs. LOL My best ever use of leftovers just happened last week. I made a pot of chicken soup to take to my mom's house. I didn't put the noodles in because I didn't want them to get mushy. I ended up straining off the broth and used it to make a gravy type thing, then added the chicken and vegetables back in along with some other veggies and made a chicken pot pie out of it. OMG. It was soooo delicious!

Mostly as is, because my husband eats them for lunch. I have no patience with reworking leftovers.
