I listen to the radio as I dress each morning. It is on NPR. Otherwise, no radio is on in our household.

I don’t think I have ever listened to a radio inside my house in my whole life. I am sure I owned one at some point as they were built into the sound systems I owned when I was a kid.
Even in the car I don’t listen to the radio. I listen to streaming music through my phone linked to the car. I don’t want to hear any commercials or talk.

I grew up listening to the radio that had its own little shelf in the kitchen. It was almost always on. Now I occasionally listen in the car but mostly listen to podcasts.

I have a Bose which has a radio. I also use that for listening to CDs and streaming Apple music. I have dismantled my larger stereo components and really only use the Bose now. I do listen to radio quite frequently as I have a local independent radio station that I have listened to for years and years. (104.7 WNCS/The Point). I also listen to Radio in my car a lot although I do listen to playlists and stuff on Apple too, but I think I listen to the Radio more in the car than streaming.
I am not a big fan of paying for Sirius as I lose the signal a lot even in urban areas and between Apple and the Radio I am very content.

I can't remember the last time I listened to the radio, I don't like talking between music or songs cutting off to play ads.

I grew up listening to the radio that had its own little shelf in the kitchen. It was almost always on. Now I occasionally listen in the car but mostly listen to podcasts. The kitchen radio was the soundtrack of my childhood, always on and always tuned to WJR out of Detroit. I listen in the car to one particular station on days when I drive to the office. The news headlines, traffic, and weather are perfectly timed for my trip.

I used to listen to the radio a lot. My morning ‘alarm’ was the radio turning on, I listened on my commute and went to sleep with the radio on. On days when I wasn’t working, I would often have th radio on in the house as well. I mostly listened to a news/talk radio station, not music. Then I moved to Germany, and I couldn’t understand the talk radio (if it even exists here). I discovered podcasts and that’s what I listen to most of the time now - when I am out walking, before I fall asleep, on the bus/train and when DH and I are driving somewhere.

My previous vehicle the Bluetooth would often disconnect and the radio would be on. If I was just running the 90 seconds down to the store, I wouldn't bother connecting the Bluetooth. That's the last time I listened to the radio, so more than 2 years ago.
I grew up with a radio in the kitchen, parents tuned in especially for the local news. I had a stereo in my room and didn't have a ton of tapes so I'd listen to the radio also.

We have a radio in our kitchen. Dh sometimes listens to some local broadcasts. We would listen to music using the radio, but we get some Sirius Radio channels w/our Dish TV subscription so listen to that when we want music in the house. I have Sirius in the car, and always listen to that when driving.

I have had a Sirius subscription for a long time that I really on use in my vehicle ... Now that I have traded in my BMW for a (super fun!) Jeep, I get Sirius for a year for free so my own account is on hold ... I mainly listen to the country stations and 80's on 8!

I'm an "other"..... I have SXM so while we don't have a "radio" per se, we have lots of music all the time. Our TV/receiver is a "radio" as is my car and my phone and my smart board at school (always has music on unless I'm doing direct instruction) and DH's phone when he's in the garage. We also have blue tooth speakers we can move room to room. So... radio? Yes? No? Not sure.

We have a radio on the car. The antenna has come loose on the back so it needs to be pulled out & fixed so we can get stations. Dh listens to NPR on it. Our travel trailer has one but we don't listen to it.

I only listen to the radio in my car. I actually like the radio when I like the DJ/morning show, but that can be pretty rare.
I would say my drive time is about 50/50 radio vs Spotify. I haven't listened to Sirius XM in ages because I was so sick of the same songs on the channels over and over and over. The local 80s, 90s alt/grunge, and old skool channels are better than XM and I like the pop stations better too.
I really really hate the DJs on XM for the most part, and they're totally unnecessary.

No radio in the house, but yesterday we wanted to listen to the college football game where DS goes to school and it wasn’t on TV here, so I went to the radio stations website and streamed the play by play through my phone and Bluetoothed to my Alexa. I guess that doesn’t really count since it was an OKC station and we wouldn’t have been able to pick it up on a normal radio.
In my car I mostly listen to my current audiobook.

The kitchen radio was the soundtrack of my childhood, always on and always tuned to WJR out of Detroit. I listen in the car to one particular station on days when I drive to the office. The news headlines, traffic, and weather are perfectly timed for my trip. Same. Grew up listening to AM Radio station WOWO - the Little Red Barn morning show with news, weather and ag reports. FM radio was in its infancy and there were only 3 television stations. AM radio was the only place to get current weather conditions, road reports and school delays and closings. I have a radio in my bathroom so I can catch the local weather forecast. I barely do that now since after 13 years, I no longer have to take the grandchild to school. (He’s 16 and drives himself. Yeah!). I also have an Alex Echo Spot in the bathroom, plus multiple other Echo devices throughout the house. If I’m alone, I stream Amazon music or Sirius XM stations. I have Sirius XM in my car, too. DH only as radio in his car and only listens to the “Oldie” radio station. I hate that music. Ugh. I also despise with every fiber of my being AM Talk Radio around here because it’s ‘right wing’ batshit crazy talking heads and conspiracy theory crap. The only other radio I have is an emergency battery/crank radio that’s never been out of the box.

We still have a radio in the house. It is for emergency use, so we don’t use it a lot. I listen to the radio in the car. The ads don’t bother me. Sometimes I get free Sirus for a month and I’ll use it. But, I don’t want to pay for radio/music. I guess it is the old person in me who is use to “free” radio. 😁 If I really don’t want to listen to the radio, I’ll hook up my phone and listen to my library of music or listen to a podcast. The time I hate the radio is when just about every station is doing a charity marathon.

Do you consider the echos a radio??? We have them throughout and we do listen to them... its streaming... but its not really a "radio"...
In the car i listen to SXM (also the county stations, 80s on 8, 90s on 9 and the pop stations)
In dhs truck he only had radio... so i listen to it then unless he plugs in his phone to stream...

I listen to talk radio while getting ready in the morning, listen to music/talk radio in the car. I listen to music while in the kitchen ~ either on Comcast or Alexa.

I chose "other" because I personally don't have one, but dh does, and he has it on All. The. Time. When he doesn't have the TV on that is. Constant background noise, that's his thing. ugh Anyway, occasionally I listen to the radio in the car but never at home.

I listen to the radio in my car a lot. I do short trips (school, grocery, errands) so it is quicker than waiting for my phone to connect.
In the house I occasionally listen to the "radio" but that's me asking my Google Nest to stream our local NPR station. It would be the same thing as turning on the radio in my car.
We all have clock radios next to our beds but use them for the clock not the radio.

I tune to the local AM talk show if I’m in my car. I like to catch the news (or listen to the Packers play since I don’t watch tv at home) and keep listening if they are covering an interesting topic. I also enjoy the 80s and 90s top 40s station. Growing up, my dad had a small transistor radio that sat on the corner of the bathroom counter. He listened to it every morning for news, weather and road updates before his 40 minute commute to work. After retirement, that radio was joined by a handheld electronic solitaire game. I always joked that he replaced his 40 minute commute for 40 minutes of time in the bathroom! He passed away this spring, and I made sure to take that little radio home with me. I need to unpack it….

I chose other.
We have radios in the car and listen to Sirius, our own music and occasionally the radio.
I listen to streaming music on my Alexa and have, rarely, listened to a radio station/NPR on it
I don’t have a regular radio that I listen to, but we do have an emergency radio that does get local stations.
ETA: I have fond memories growing up of my mom (and grandma) always listening to the radio weekdays in the morning. My mom would turn it off at noon and turn on Days of Our Lives.

Radio in the vehicle. Hardly use it. Only time I do is when I need to listen to the traffic report station. For the last 6 or so months, the radio and my phone music play list have been on silent.

My mom always had a small radio in the kitchen and it was always on (low) and tuned to a local news channel. We used to have a radio/CD player in the kitchen but we took it out so my 6qt KitchenAid would fit under that cabinet. I don’t miss it. DH and I have the alarm clock radio in our bedroom set to the radio to wake up to but it’s only on for five minutes or less. I have an ancient boombox that I probably bought when I was a teenager down in my studio but I never turn it on. In the car, I just flip between two local stations depending on what’s playing at the moment. I don’t usually care about the talk or DJ chatter, it doesn’t bug me much. DH hates it and prefers to listen to Amazon streaming but then he gets irritated when we hit a dead zone and it drops out, which happens frequently when we’re going to or from the cabin. I’m like, dude. Just put the radio on, it’s only an hour drive. Between Thanksgiving and New Years I switch the car station to the one that plays Christmas music 24/7. During the day if no one is home, I relish the quiet without all the excess background tv, YouTube, video game and other noise.

I don't think we own a radio, but I often have Alexa play NPR. In my car, if I listen to the radio it is also set to NPR. Most of the time I'll listen to Apple Music in the car.
Correction - we do have a hand crank emergency radio. But, it's packed with out emergency supplies.

Our radio has had the most use ever this summer as I have tried using it as a deterrent to keep the groundhog out of DH's tomato plants. I thought the noise might scare it away. It seemed to work at first but not anymore.
I do listen to the radio in the car anytime I'm driving by myself which is most of the time.

I haven't used a radio in years in the house, and once streaming in cars started, no more annoying radio jabbering for me.
But my most prized possession when I was in grade school was a small square transistor radio that I played in bed. I liked it especially in the summer, because my parents made us go to bed ridiculously early (still light out) and I was a night person. I thought it was so cool that I could pick up Chicago's WLS in my Arkansas bedroom. All the great 60s hits and commercials about exotic places I'd never seen. I think this cemented my decision to get out of Arkansas.
