I have a few things (fleece leggings) I'd like to purchase at Old Navy. I haven't shopped there in probably 15 years, so am unfamiliar with their sales. Right now the only discount I can find is 30% off if I sign up for their CC. I don't want their CC, so tough luck for me. I'm wondering could someone who is familiar with Old Navy tell me about their sales?
Should I go ahead and pay full price, or are they one of the places that has a sale every other week? Also, any other Old Navy "must haves" for staying warm while lounging at home...if so, I'm all ears. I live in a very drafty 116YO building and my place is nippy in the fall/winter/spring.
Thanks for any insight you can share!

They have sales all of the time so if you don’t need the items right away I would wait a week or two and they’d probably go on sale. You can also get price adjustments if items you purchase go on sale within two weeks of buying them.

Thanks for any insight you can share! I have 30% all purchases online available when I login to Old Navy site. Along the bottom there is a row of today’s deals and 30% applied automatically to my cart at checkout is one of them. I don’t have the credit card and this discount is separate from that.

Yeah, they run frequent sales, but I do find that sometimes by the time the sale hits, some sizes are sold out (if it's a popular item).
But also check day to day. They often have one-day specials on specific items. Like today some outerwear is 50% off. I picked up a coat for our trip to Toronto because I left my old coat in Australia like an idiot.

Maybe because I shop there and at Athleta too often. 😝 Old Navy is my go-to for cheap work dresses and Athleta is for leggings.

I also see 30% off - but there are a lot of exclusions- including “hi I’m new items”.
Since Old Navy is so cheap, if it were something I wanted I would just buy it full price bc sizes sell out.
Right now I see fleece leggings for $22 full price (and they are new so are excluded from savings) - hard to beat that!

As I move into my cart I can see that is the problem, I have "I'm new" products in my cart. But thanks to @merge I also have some fleece jackets (I wear them in the house) on sale, along with a puffer vest (also wear indoors). And yes, my place is that cold, and yes, I do heat it! My next place will NOT be an old building. And you're right. $22 for fleece lined leggings is a pretty good deal

I shop there and at Gap and Gap Factory regularly. I then get the $20 off $50 coupons. That applies to every single thing, sale or not.
I try to make my purchase right at $50 or just over (or right at $100, $150, etc.) to get the most bang for the coupons, depending on how many I have. I rarely need things right away, so I just keep them in my cart and buy them during the coupon sales.
ON and Gap coupon days are different. Gap (and Gap Factory) coupon days end today. I found cute T-shirts for my adopted grandsons (four of them!) for $6 each. Then it's basically 40% off that, so score!
Lisa
ETA: I have an ON close to me, and Gap Factory isn't that far from me either. But I almost always just shop online.

Usually they have the sales advertised on the bottom of their website home page. Right now if you hit "tap for more" on the specials area on the bottom banner, it says 30% off your purchase, 50% off coats, etc.

I was in there this weekend to return some stuff I bought online and they had jeans for 50% off so I picked up a couple of pairs. They also had some cute fall tops that I'll keep my eye on.
I do have their credit card and next weekend is 40% off for cardmembers so I'll probably do some shopping then although I'm in DFW and it's still in the 90s so it's kind of hard for me to visualize fleece when I'm still wearing shorts!

They always have sales. Sign up for their email list. Check the daily email for the sale of the moment, coupons, discounts. The occasionally have 40% off everything or the leggings will be on the "deal of the day...that day only" for a great price.

I picked up a coat for our trip to Toronto because I left my old coat in Australia like an idiot. When are you coming to Toronto? Have some time for a visit to wine country? I used to work in the industry.

Perfect time of year to visit the vineyards. Where in TO is his meetings? Mississauga? Downtown? Toronto is HUGE and the traffic is worse than LA or NYC.

Old Navy has sales all the time. I usually don’t buy anything unless it’s 50% off. Get the app and they will send emails daily with sales.
