Are there any recipes you especially like using Penzey’s spice blends?

Not really recipes but I love Arizona Dreaming and use it every single time I cook ground beef/turkey... I grab it instead of salt and pepper... I love the blend... I also sprinkle it on salads..
I also really like the sandwich sprinkle.. I use that on eggs and also on my sandwiches...
Those are my 2 favorites but I got a small packet of turkish chili powder in an order once.... and now order that instead of just plain chili powder...

Any of the spice blends are delicious on potatoes or vegetables and I like that there is a spice blend that compliments just about every main course. Greek dish, Mediterranean dish, Italian, Thai, etc. I also use them to season chicken or salmon for salads and just use complimentary items in the salad with a dressing made with the seasoning as well. For a quick meal I use them for seasoning chicken breast or salmon in a sandwich as well.

Northwoods is my all-purpose chicken, pork and potato seasoning. We also love Sunny Spain for fish and vegetables.

No recipes, but I especially like Fox Point on my eggs. And a plain old spice recommendation for you, cracked rosemary. I can’t use any other kind of dried rosemary because of the needle texture, but their cracked rosemary is awesome.
I’ll be checking this thread for recommendations!
Speaking of, does anyone have one for tuna salad besides sandwich sprinkle? I already use fresh thyme (and lemon) but like having options.

Do they have a *mild* taco seasoning blend that’s not full of salt? Our DDs are still picky about spicy foods - I would like something that has less salt than the grocery packets.

I’m not sure, hopefully someone can help you with that. But if they don’t, I like this recipe, and I am a super wimp when it comes to spicy foods. We don’t add any red pepper flakes, and only a tiny pinch of cayenne. We make a decent sized batch at once. 5 times the recipe is enough for one of the meals we use it for (2-3 tsp) and to fill a 3 oz spice jar. Eta: meant to say that it only has 2 tsp of salt but you can modify it as you like.

I love the Turkish Seasoning on kebabs. We use that a lot. I also like their Original Taco Seasoning — but I’m not sure of the salt content. It’s not spicy at all.
