I'll start. I am very excited about my upcoming vacation. We will be spending 10 nights in Northern California in the Redwoods and Mendocino Ca. Then we are off on our 16 night Hawaiian cruise. Very very excited about this trip. What's coming up in your life that you are excited about?

That sounds wonderful! I also have a vacation I am looking forward. My husband and I both taught in school districts that did not have a spring break which meant it was really difficult to take vacation in the colder months in Minnesota. We retired and are going to spend a few days in Puerto Vallarta in February. It’s so awesome to not have to think about using our few personal days and we don’t have to get anything ready for a sub. We can just go.

I'm excited for our trip to Hawaii in early January. We haven't been since 2019 before Covid, and it's time to get back  We've had a rough few years with a Grandma, his mom, my mom, my dad, and a pet passing. We need this for something good again. |

I have a month long sabbatical coming up - super excited.
I just booked plane tickets I’m going to spend time in Dublin, London, San Sebastián and Bordeaux.

DS is coming into town from VA for my dad's 92nd birthday this weekend. It's a surprise for my parents that I've been able to keep even though I've almost blurted it out multiple times. We've got a lot of fun things planned but I'm really looking forward to just hanging out on Sunday and watching football together.

Ooooooh, everyone's travel plans sound very exciting! I wish I had a trip to look forward to.
I am excited about our new lounge room furniture being delivered tomorrow.
I am also excited about our new outdoor area being finished soon. DSO put the last panel on the pergola roof on Tuesday, now he just has to do the decking. We are hosting Christmas lunch this year, and for once I am excited about it, seeing we will have a lovely outdoor area to sit in. I can't wait to decorate out there.

I’m excited that beginning this week, I’m traveling every other week for work, instead of the every week it’s been since the beginning of May. Next week will be the first time in seven months I’ll be at home for an entire week. (There was some personal travel in there too, so it’s not that I haven’t had any time off, just didn’t stay home when I did 🥴).

DH was starting to get grumpy about cutting down a real Christmas tree now that we're empty nesters. He kept dropping hints about an artificial tree which hurts my sentimental heart.
Out of the blue, DS and his wife (who live 1.5 hours away) called and asked if they could come along to the tree farm this weekend! This Momma's happy and excited to go.

My daughter and her boyfriend are buying a home and dd and dgd are moving out. I’m having every room painted and new flooring put down. Then I’m buying la couch, tables and a bookshelf for my living room. I’m so excited to have my house back and for dd to be independent.

My baby will finish his first semester of college in two weeks and then head home for almost 4 weeks. It was so nice having him home for a week over Thanksgiving break, but also didn't get to see him too much at home because he was hanging out with friends.

We can just go. We are also in Minnesota. Came from the east coast 4 years ago. I've come to realize that I want an early winter vacation and a late winter vacation. So we're doing the cruise at the beginning of January and will go to Ocean City MD. for a week in April. (I have enough Hilton points that the week is free |

Finding out if DH passed the National Teacher Boards. He had to do a write up, take an advanced math test, record a lesson that showed a unique way to teach, send in lesson plans, and there was something else.
Anyways, he find out next month. December 10th I think.
We are hopeful he does as he will earn $25,000 from the state for passing, given over 5 years.
His district covered all the expenses of the test.

I'm excited about my cruise to papua new guinea... from brisbane AU.. we were supposed to do this april 2020... and finally able to do it.
zztop11... if I was home in san francisco when you start your cruise.. I would come down to the terminal and wave!!
take bonine.with you. sea sickness meds as it can be quite rough going from SF to hawaii..

I’m excited to be finished moving out this weekend! Thoughts and prayers welcomed it all gets done lol.
I want nothing more then to finally just be in the new house getting settled and getting ready for the holidays and planning some decorating projects!
Safe travels to all with fun trips coming up, and joyous holiday wishes to those with celebrating planned!

I'm excited to have all the kids and grandkids here for Christmas!!!! In all the things going on, this is what I’m most excited for as well. We’ll be missing two of my boys who are deployed but their wives will be with us. And best of all - all three grandbabies! I’m even putting up a third tree just for the 3-1/2 year old. It’s a 6’ white tree with all dinosaurs! |

I'm excited to have a 3 day weekend home alone! My DS is flying in to take my grandson to his hockey tournament. I love the kid and enjoy having him here, but OMG, I am happy to have a break!

Pretty much stuck in survival mode right now. Not able to look forward to much. If my disability would get approved that would change some, at least bring some relief.
Otherwise Christmas is coming and typically pretty fun, there's a park a couple counties away that decorates beautifully with lights that we always go to that's fun(and free).. Warm weather will be back eventually. Barely know what a vacation is anymore so nothing like that coming up.
