I’d love some opinions on this before I buy it. I have thyroid problems and I’m going through menopause so my hair is very thin on the side, I can’t pull it into a pony tail because you can see so much scalp. Any body who has used this can you tell me does it work? Did it thicken your hair?

I lost almost all of my hair due to an extended hospital stay where I was severely malnourished. I used Hairtamin and my hair came back in thick and curly.

I haven't used it personally, but...I saw my dental assistant a few months ago and was amazed at how beautiful her hair was. Her husband died about 3 years ago and due to the stress and a health issue, she had lost a lot of hair. I told her that her hair looked so beautiful and she told me she had been taking Nutrafol. She said it took about 4 months to see real progress, but after about 6 months, her hair was back to normal. I have thought about it as well, but the cost is a factor for me, plus I worry about my patience of keeping with it for 6 months to see how it works.

I had a possible case of COVID a month or two ago (I tested negative, but was sick with COVID symptoms, while DH tested positive). My colorist (amazing, always) said that my hair had thinned and did I have covid lately. She said by the condition of my hair that she's sure I did. She said that Nutrafol helped other clients.
I looked at the ingredients, and decided upping my usual dose of biotin would be fine over paying for Nutrafol. We'll see in a few months. (My hair is VERY thick and it would have been difficult to tell if it wasn't actually an issue.)

I did it for 9 months. Save your money. I just cancelled my subscription. While I had some growth, I didn’t get the results I was hoping for.

I’ve had a few clients that have really good results from it. I can tell a huge difference in thickness. It does take 4-6 months though.

I lost a lot of hair 18 months ago when I was very sick with pancreatitis and gallbladder issues that led to pretty poor nutrition. So a little over a year ago I said something to my hairdresser. Now mind you I have a ton of very thick hair and it was falling out left and right. She suggested I try this shampoo and conditioner, and scalp treatment by Surface called Awaken. The change in my hair within six months was amazing. It’s longer it’s healthier and the thickness has come back. I think you have to buy it at a hair salon although they are online I will find the link and post it shortly. It’s well worth the money and I did not want to try Nutrafol. surfacehair.com/pages/awaken?_kx=-QOI5ownkIu87pNgxfDH6TfZVb8mTp8_S_syNEXkkos%3D.TpKWUR

Anyway, I just ordered the AWAKEN THERAPEUTIC MASQUE after reading the good reviews, so I'm hopeful. Thanks! FTR, I am on my 2nd month of Nutrafol. No difference noted yet but I have read it takes a few months so I am not giving up until month 4 at the very least... otherwise I will have been wasting $88/mo.

Zee I remember you saying you had quite a bit of hair loss on the Ozempic thread. I have hormonal issues and I’m always concerned I’ll get even more hair where I don’t want it.

Zee I remember you saying you had quite a bit of hair loss on the Ozempic thread. I have hormonal issues and I’m always concerned I’ll get even more hair where I don’t want it. I bought some Rogaine to try, it's only been a couple weeks though. And I got the liquid collagen and NatureMade Hair Growth formula. At least it stopped falling out, so while I'm left with about 1/3 less hair, I am hopeful it will eventually grow back! I'll probably have to cut it shorter soon, which makes me sad bc I've been growing it out for about 2 years and I like the length. My ponytail is really skinny now but I can still make a convincing enough messy bun or leave it down and loose and it doesn't look all that thin unless you know what it looked like before. But, I've seen the commercials and will watch this thread!

I’m really curious if it’s one of those things that once you start you have to keep taking it forever to maintain the new growth? Does the hair all fall out again once you stop? Even though my hair has thinned considerably, I’m really not good with taking pills (especially big horse pills) so I’m not really inclined to go that route especially if it was something that would end up being long term.
