I just posted this in the other Stanley thread. The hype is crazy. I feel like I now need to guard my $35 cup. I have seen it for $115 and other crazy prices. This is the Stanley Ice Flow I have. Very different from the other Stanley's (which I don't own). My aunt got me an Ice Flow for my birthday last June, and I have been hooked ever since. But I guess I need to put my pink one under lock and key. I missed the whole Stanley cup thing. Why are they in the news? I googled and was getting hockey news.

1. Why cant people leave things on the shelves so people who actually want them can access them? 2. If people would stop paying the inflated prices, those people would stop doing it. People buy them so they can post them on eBay for outrageously inflated prices. You're right- if people wouldn't pay those prices, the insanity would stop. I guess there's no shortage of people who can easily be parted from their $$.

peasapie social media influences began to buy all the colors and post about it. Then the car fire happened and supposedly a stanley survived unscathed. Then Target and Starbucks came out with limited ones and people went bonkers. The 10 ye old Sephora girls also need them. Now I have seen on TikTok women tossing their Stanley's into clean garbage bags and talk about other brands and that Stanley's are so yesterday. Whatever
