I am still narrowing down my list of what to make. So, I hope I'm not the only one who is still in the planning stage. Feel free to share photos of your already made creations, so that the rest of us can imagine ourselves indulging in your treats.

I made chocolate mint cookies last week with the Andes mints and they were SO yummy. The BF took them to his "cookie exchange" on the train. This past Sunday night, I made chocolate chip cookies for a board meeting I had Monday and I only ate one (they disappeared in minutes). So this weekend I am baking a ton of cookies and making sure to keep some for myself. I will be doing a variety of kinds, but already got the ingredients for the "Dead Aunt Cookies". Have never tried them, looking forward to sampling.

I am SO far behind! Between a kid in school, him getting sick last week and just life itself- nothing has been made.
I want to try to make a batch of fudge and the boys want to make sugar cookies. I think that is about all we will do.
Oh and I need to figure out a dessert for Christmas.

The only thing I have made so far is biscotti.
I have all the stuff to make spritz cookies and my daughter and I were supposed to make them last night but she had too much homework so hopefully tonight.
We will make gingerbread men if it kills me. I have been wanting to do that for the last few years.
I want to make both my sons favorite cookies for them to take home.
Apparently I have a lot of baking to do and I am running out of time! Yikes!

Well, I know I'm making my chocolate dipped butter cookies. I'm going to make doughnuts for Chanukah, but that's different from my regular baking and my first time making them. I'm still debating about the other cookies and candies I might make.

I might make one more batch of caramels. This weekend I am going to make my DSs favorite orange cookies and I will need to make a dessert for Christmas dinner. I'm not doing much baking this year at all.

I've gone nuts with the candy making this week. I've made a batch of caramels, another of toffee, then I've made four batches of fudge: root beer float, orange dream bar, maple nut, and chocolate. The family ate all the root beer float fudge and caramels but I managed to get enough of the others to give away. I still need to make peanut brittle and another couple of flavors of fudge and one more batch of caramels.
My youngest won't let the year be done without some sugar cookies so I'll have to get to that as well.

I'm behind. Half of us have been sick and that cut into my baking time.
Last night I made a batch of Christmas Crack that went to work with Dh - he texted me at 9am to say he'd had several recipe requests already lol.

I need to make up my sugar cookie dough, and make sure it's chilling for the weekend usage. I'm sure the kids will want to make some (mostly 15 yo DS ?). I think I might make up some cinnamon rolls next week too, and bake them Christmas morning. Otherwise, we get so much junk food at work, I'm not making stuff!

I've made 800 caramels, about 11 dozen rolled out cookies and decorated them and made a pan of fudge. I've delivered almost all of it. I still have 2 batches of puppy chow and another pan of fudge to make but that won't take long and I can put it off until Monday or Tuesday.

I was gonna start sugar cookies and brown bites with cream cheese filling but I'm too dang tired. So here I sit. Maybe tomorrow. I did also get the christmas Hersey kisses for the little round cookie and you put the chocolate kiss in the middle. That's as complicated as a it gets around here. Oh and I'm gonna eat the bag of white chocolate truffles myself. I don't think they'll make it to the treat bags! LOL!

have been stalking pinterest, and making my lists, let's see what I actually do
planning to bake sugar cookies with the grandbabies Fri night, I'd like to encourage my 5 year old granddaughter to give some to a couple of their neighbors...don't know if that is really done anymore. (I live in the boonies, so no neighbors to speak of)
a cake for Sunday School kids, probably simple, yellow cake, choc frosting with crushed oreos on top
then Sunday afternoon some popcorn treats for the coworkers...also 'eyeballing' some Christmas crack for them
and Weds, a German gingerbread cake for Christmas.
tonight, dd is baking some maple/bacon cookies for her yearly exchange...can't wait to see how they turn out.

These are the reindeer cupcakes I made for the girls to take to school. Easy, and they were very happy! I do think they remind me of a Gary Larson (Far Side) drawing. I think it is the eyes.

I made Almond and Mocha Roca, about 30 pounds. Doing Peppermint Biscotti right now and have Grinch and Chocolate Crinkles rolled and ready for the oven. I made 12 huge gingerbread boys last night, and still have 36 more to go. (I used a Pea-Recipe, Thanks!) I think I should have them all ready for Sunday School classes....If I bake all night and decorate them tomorrow. They take about 21 minutes apiece in that giant pan. I am never offering to do 48 ginormous gingerbread men again!

Oooh I'd love the recipe for the no bake tiramisu balls if you are willing to share. I'm jealous of all of you who can make such fabulous treats. My baking skills are very lackluster. I can make a couple of things that taste ok, but they look so horrible not too many are willing to try them!

I'm done except for cookies to make for Santa, which my kiddos and I will do on Sunday. For my dh to take to work I made this: Iced sugar cookies, chocolate crinkles, gingerbread, mini chip snowflakes, turtle thumbprints, snickerdoodles and pb blossoms. Also, not pictured is Oreo Truffles. About 150 of them. Around 75-100 of each of the other ones. I made these for my girls to take into school for their parties today: chocolate crinkle cookies with peppermint kisses. And a few of the pics of the cookies I made for dh to take in...the turtle thumbprints and the sugar cookies were the most popular, although everything was eaten. LOL Tonight, I made a double batch of brownies that I'm going to top with chocolate icing and Christmas sprinkles tomorrow morning. We're going to a friend's house to hang out and have dinner with so I'll bring those for dessert. I also am going to surprise my hubby and kids with my grandmother's recipe chocolate fudge. It's not a smooth/soft type of fudge but an old Hershey's recipe that is very granular in nature and a bit of work to make. I spent an hour tonight (after they'd left to go Christmas shopping for me) making it...and it takes about 20-30 mins of boiling on the stove and then 20-30 mins of hand whipping...and lots of prayer that it sets up the right way. LOL It's in the refrigerator now and after cutting it once it'd been chilling for an hour, I'm fairly certain it's going to set properly. I haven't made this recipe in 2-3 years so it's a special, special treat!
