Hi I am looking for a place to story passwords that will be digital and allow a printout for my husband. It will be for login for quarterly taxes etc. Any suggestions?

I use Keychain. IMO, it works very well.

I use whisper. I'm sure you know the printout kind of negates the point of making is a secure app and you might as well just write them down and put it someplace safe, as it's pretty much the same thing.

I use a pw protected Excel sheet and then my printout is framed in a 2 sided frame on a small pedestal that I got from IKEA. I put it on the shelf in the office with the photo side out and grab it before I sit down at the desk to do the tasks for which those passwords are used!

I use Dashlane. DH and I have a family plan, and can share passwords through the app.

I use a notebook and a pen. I tried a password keeper on my phone but it was too annoying to go find my phone and log in, and when I had a new password I was too lazy to find my phone, log in, and put it in there.

The IT consultant at work recommended KeePass. Installed the free version. Pain to set up all the entries but has worked well for the past year,

I use a formula that is the same for every site - digits from an old phone number that we had for 30 years and a certain number of letters from the name of the site. So each site has a different password, but I don't have to write them down anywhere. The only password I have to really worry about is my email account password because if I get a password wrong, I just use the forgot password feature of most sites. Because no one else uses my computer and it is a home computer, usually I don't have to enter my log in info as my broswer remembers them for me. Though I have a few sites that sends me a text with a code I have to enter each time I log in. If I don't have the code I can't get into the site.
