Where have I been that I missed this? I just scanned all the pages (23) of our worksheet for our tax guy. Meant to highlight a few things and make a few comments. I just realized there are buttons/links to write/highlight on the PDFs. No more rescanning for me!

You just taught me something I didn’t know, thanks.
I recently learned that if you hold down the CTRL button on the keyboard and scroll with your mouse you can enlarge the page on the screen. No more searching for that pesky magnifying glass icon or squinting trying to read the small print.

Yes! You can write all sorts of notes on it. You can insert pages too. Draw rectangles/arrows/circles.....all sorts of things.
There are also programs out there that enable you to completely edit a pdf too.

actually you can edit the PDF if you have the full acrobat depending on how it's created. If the original is a scan, like a photo it's not as editable as say a word document though things are getting easier to edit/manipulate text from images.

Yes, full version has been able to do this for years.

You can also store your signature in the app and use the annotation tool to insert your signature, if you're not using an e-signing service like DocuSign.

I use Adobe every single day at work to manage and manipulate PDF drawings. About a month ago it ran an auto-update and whole interface changed. It was awful and I was so frustrated. And then a couple of days into it, I read a Reddit post saying you could switch back to the old interface. I almost cried tears of joy, I was so happy!
