ummmmm, wow. That is a lot of tiles. I mean, tons of tiles. Not that is looks 'bad'. I've seen worse. But yeah, that is a lot of tile. That's all I got.

Obviously an artist or two lived here. If the new owner was not obsessed with the pebble tile, it will be an enormous task to remove even a small amount of the tile.

That view! I kind of love the peacock mosaic on the back of the one door.

Love it. I probably delivered a pizza to that house in college.

Some of the pebbling looks like a Trading Spaces project.

Someone put hours and hours of love into that house. I personally don’t love all that colorful tile, but I hope they find a buyer that does.

I would put up with the tiling to live in that location. Some of the murals are actually pretty interesting. The one in the shower, and the bedroom with tiling around the closet would have to go. I actually really like the effect and color in the kitchen

The view is lovely, the peacock stays, some of the other mosaics can stay, I can work with the rest.

I love the house its self, especially the outdoor rooms, decks, balconies etc - and i love the mosaics in those outdoor spaces. I’m ok with some of the indoor mosaics, and i wonder what the ones I don’t like would be like if they were painted over. If that works I would be ok with the textured bits in my choice of paint, in order to have the views and the areas that are open.

My observations: Love the flamingos (in tile) on the fireplace in the living room. What is with the club chairs on the island in the kitchen? They are low to the ground and the counter is high. They must have long arms. It would be comical to watch anyone trying to eat there. Interesting how except for an accent wall, most of the bathrooms are stark white. At least your butt will be clean with a bidet in each bathroom. Ginormous TV's in many rooms. Who has a 50" TV in their kitchen? Master bath is hideous. The laundry area is on that porch with the black ceiling. Can anyone tell me what picture 44 is? For the life of me I can't figure it out. The house is out for me though. It has no pool, as do all of the other homes in the area.

I'm not going to lie, I kind of love it! It's what I might have if I were single and didn't have to consider anyone else's taste (and had a LOT of money and a decorator because I couldn't come up with all that myself). Or a small cottage with florals and pastels. My tastes are all over lol.
I would choose different furniture and maybe change some other things but overall I think it's great!

Beautiful views but man. They love tile. That peacock is pretty awesome! I loved the peacocks too. They are such obnoxious birds but still delightful at the same time. One of the fences looked like chain link. Not down with that for a 2mill house. Bed and breakfast? Yes, I'd stay there in a heartbeat. To purchase? No.

At 1st thought.. nothing to it but pull up all the rugs and throw some paint on those murals... I didn't realize they are tile... that would be a huge pain in the ass... they views though.. mannnn thats sooo beautiful... I would pull out that tub that has the huge shower and then change the sink area... I could live with the pebbles in the kitchen for a bit... but they rest... not really a fan...

I love all the mosaics, but the rest of those tiles would have to go. But that view and the grounds! Just stunning! The house is deceptively small from the front. Couldn't figure out how that was almost 2500 sf until i saw the view from the back (flatlander here).

I had to go back and look again this morning.. how did I miss the giant TVs.. I busted out laughing....and the rugs! Holy smoke.
I do kinda like the flamingos though... I think some of the tile would be fun to keep, but some of it has to go.
Other than the views, the house really isn't something I like though...

My niece suggested they bought the rugs at a "store closing sale."
Another thought on the pebbles on the walls:
Can you imagine how much dust would be on the pebbles after a year or more? Do they vacuum the walls with a brush attachment? How about cooking residue in the kitchen?

I see so much to love in that house. I also see that I could never live in that house while married. DH would never be able to do so many stairs. But if I were single...
A lot to change in small ways. There is some stuff I could live with but at some point, some of those pebble tiles would have to go. My observation is that the furniture in the house and the house itself don't really go together. With that much color going on all around, I would go with more muted furniture.
I would have my coffee every single morning on that deck though!

There are elements of it I really like. But then some are too much for me, personally. Parts of the garden and the views are really lovely.

I kind of love that it has so much personality! I agree with others that some of the pebble tile is not my favorite but there is a lot that I would absolutely just leave and embrace.

Do they vacuum the walls with a brush attachment? How about cooking residue in the kitchen? I was wondering about the upkeep and maintenance, too. Love the kitchen walls. It’s so pretty! And, the master bedroom with the tree and the cat…not quite my color choice but I could enjoy it. The picture above of the wall to wall, stone walls at that, mattress room is a why? Which is rather funny when you consider the house. But, why not empty that room? It makes no sense as it is. Thought the color/murals on balconies from a distance was pretty.

I don't hate this at all! Some of the mosaics would have to go, but overall I'd live here for the view alone.
