My 92 YO FIL has some magnetic closure shirts from Duluth Trading that he loves. His fingers are very stiff and arthritic. The magnets are surprisingly strong and he loves to pop open the front and show it off!

My MIL made little Velcro closures for my FIL’s shirts. She sewed the buttonholes shut and put a piece of Velcro on each part. It looked like a regular button-up shirt.
