That wasn't that difficult but then I always loved civics and history in school. I missed who was President during the depression.

I missed 2 and I credit knowing some of the harder ones to an historical fiction series I've been reading that started with the Revolutionary War.

I missed 4, one of which I missed because I read the question wrong.

I missed 3. 2 of the 3 I knew I picked the wrong answer as soon as I hit it. Doh!

I missed four. I also read one of the questions wrong. I guess I needed to slow down.

48/50 but I guessed at two. Not bad for a Canadian who never took an American History course.

I missed one and I knew I missed it as soon as I hit it.
When the boys were in elementary school the principal had a program for sixth graders. If they passed the citizenship test, wrote an essay/did an interview with the principal, and performed a certain number of community service hours they would receive an American flag.

I got 47/50 I would call that excellent considering I'm a Brit. The ones I did get wrong I needed to polish my geography up rather than civics. I got my oceans mixed up on the first one and I put Alabama bordering Mexico . The other I got wrong was I put Thomas Jefferson as the writer of the constitution, knew I was wrong the minute I pressed enter!

Great job, everyone who responded! Hope you didn't google the answers! Props to our UK/Candian friends for doing so well, too. Where's that new poster who told us about our civics? can't remember her name.

Missed 3. I'm surprised you can miss 20 and still become a citizen.

I got 40 and was feeling pleased with myself until I saw Dottyscrapper's score. I'm also a Brit and this shows how much about the US being a pea has taught me. Most of what I got wrong were to do with historical US figures.

I missed two, one was about who wrote the federalist papers and the other one was about who becomes president after the Vice President and as soon as I hit it I realized my mistake. I am also shocked that you can miss 20 and become a citizen!

48/50
I got the federalist papers, but for some reason can't remember which ocean is which. And y'all? I am surrounded by water. You can't drive very far in Florida without bumping into the ocean. LOL

I missed 3. I remember most of the answers because I had to help my husband study for his citizenship test when we were dating .

Most of what I got wrong were to do with historical US figures. I think that's really good fruitysuet. I loved history when I was at school. We covered some US history but not all that much but enough to get the important bits in. I'll be honest, I only knew who the President was during the war because of all the reporting recently about the D-day celebrations:)
