... when do you put up the decorations? I was in Michaels and Hobby Lobby today and they both had Valentine's day stuff out but it seems a little early to put anything up. And I don't really go overboard with decorating, I just have things like a decoration for the front door, a yard flag, and a wreath to put over my fireplace. I just like to have something up at all times.

I don't decorate, but, if I did, I would wait till Feb. 1st.

The only decorating for Valentine's day is that nice heart-shaped box of chocolates.

Feb 1.
I still have my christmas tree up though. It usually comes down on 1/1 but I just love it right now and i'm still enjoying it so it's staying!

Feb 1st. Nothing crazy. I have a cute heart wreath for the front door, a Cupid decal for the mailbox and a heart shaped candy bowl for red and pink M&M's.

The Christmas stuff is still up, I'll take it down next week and immediately replace with Valentine's decorations to combat depression.
I don't have a lot, just some heart lights I hang in the kitchen/dining room doorway and some few decorations for the kitchen and kitchen table.

Usually one month before, as I take them down the day after. I have a little area in my dining room I decorate for the smaller holidays, so I'll be putting up Valentines decor next week.

I love decorating for Valentines' Day! I usually put them up in late January.

Christmas stuff has been taken down and packed away since last week.
Valentine's decorations won't go up until Feb 1st. I hang a banner in the bay window of the breakfast room and use a Valentine's themed centerpiece. That's all.

I always put them out after my husband's birthday, January 28th. I'll probably keep to that tradition.

I went to Giant the day after Christmas and they had Valentine Decorations and candy out. Way to early!! I put mine up around the beginning of February if I get around to putting them up at all.

I dunno. One of our neighbors still has a scarecrow and pumpkin on their porch.

Not this coming weekend, but probably next. I always like to have something seasonal out. My house feels bare now with Christmas packed away.

I will get out the Valentine decorations as soon as Chrismas decorations are put away. It's a little early, but otherwise I usually won't feel like getting around to it.

I would like to decorate for valentine's day but I'm stumped on what to decorate with...I mean I have a couple of tea towels and potholders and some cookie cutters but...I think it would be nice to have a bit more...
