I need to order bulk amounts 50+ of mats for 4x6 and 5x7 photos. Does anyone a good reputable and inexpensive place to order them from?

Depending on your need you might check a local copy center or paper distributor. Ours does bulk cuts for $1 per cut, makes for very cheap mats for banquets, bulletin boards, etc. And still not expensive with archive paper.
And there's always Gobby Lobby
ETA Hobby Lobby!!!!

Try DickBlick.com . They are an art supply store. Several years ago I bought bulk mats for my photography class from them.

I've gone to a local printing company and they have cut down paper for me to 3x4 and 4x6 sizes. I use them to make my own journaling cards. As I recall, they charged me $1 per cut. One time, I got lucky because the owner was there and he knows me and he didn't charge me anything. They cut an inch thick stack of solid color cardstock.
It works better with cardstock, but a good quality paper would work well.

I use www.matboardplus.com/. I have to frame all my photo entries in plan mats and this has been the place I have used the last few years. I haven't had any problems with them and they are much cheaper than anyplace in town.
