Here is information for those of you using Amazon Cloud, unlimited photo storage with Prime:
If your photos/videos are named the same, this application will not upload them. The cloud application will skip over them as the app can not rename it (at this time, hopefully an update will happen). Ask me how I know this? Here's my situation. I got a replacement cell phone, HTC One (not charging). The camera starts at naming pictures at IMAG001, but I already have that pic name from my previous phone stored in the Cloud. How I got around this was to trick my phone into renumbering pictures starting at IMAG2500, a random number that has not been used before. If anyone wants more specifics I can guide you through it. I realized this after taking 350 photos with the new phone to figure this out. Now I am renaming the 350 photos so they will upload to the cloud.
