Just completed my Sunday routine of preparing celery, carrot, and cucumber sticks to have on-hand for lunches and snacks as well as a gallon sized baggie of my trail mix. I was wondering what you guys prepare for the week.

I usually just shop for whatever it is that I'm taking for lunch and/or breakfast. It's challenging to determine what exactly I want to eat for the entire week, but it really simplifies things for me. I stopped eating "house food" for the most part (except for dinner). I usually eat salads for lunch and some type of oatmeal/fruit for breakfast, so it's not complicated. I just make whatever salad I'm eating ahead of time so that I just pack and go.

I assemble 15 school lunches since I have to be out of the house at 6:15 each morning. Makes mornings easier. Jen

Grocery shopping is my Sunday prep. Other than that my lunches are leftovers from dinner the night before.

Nope. The only thing I do is on sundays I make a roast (chix, beef, pork) or a big soup, and we eat on that Monday.

nope, not a 'routine' at all. If I'm halfway paying attention and am out and about, I'll pick up fresh veggies and fruit for the week (I have a banana and a granola bar every day for breakfast, for example). This afternoon I cut up fresh veggies to have for the week, and this evening I made scalloped potatoes and ham so we could have leftovers for the next couple days, but that's as far as I go in 'preparing' for the week. I wish I could; I've tried to menu plan a few different times, but it just never works out with our varied schedules.

Grocery shopping, I make a batch of muffins for school lunches, usually waffles for breakfast with extras into the freezer for the week, pack lunches for Monday, and make a make-ahead meal for Monday dinner (this week it's manicotti) since we have multiple activities on Monday nights.

I get groceries on Sunday morning after the gym. I then cook all my meals for the week and portion them out. At the end of a long day it is nice to be able to grab a meal out of the fridge, warm it up and eat Saves me from doing something bad like fast food every night.

No I don't, but I really want to start doing this. I was thinking about it just yesterday. My plan is to buy the meat that I will be using and cut it up (eg. diced chicken for curries, beef strips for stir fry etc). I would also like to cut up the vegies in advance, but I'm not sure that they would keep that well in the fridge for 5 days. Other things I thought I could do is to prepare the sauce for stir fry, put the dry spices in a container for the curry etc.
Cutting meat and vegies takes up so much time, that's why I'd love to be able to do that in advance for every meal.
All very good in theory, but I'm not sure how well I'd stick to it.

I buy groceries on Saturday.
Every other Sunday I do a "big" food prep--cook at least two recipes plus a couple of "bonuses" (extra protein, batch of rice, etc.). Half goes into the fridge and half goes into the freezer.
Every weekend I prep fruits and veggies for the week, as well as eggs (either hard boiled or deviled).
Every 6 weeks or so I crockpot a whole chicken and make stock. The chicken and stock both go towards meals for the upcoming weeks, and I'll keep some in the freezer.
I works well as long as I stay on it. If I let a weekend slide where I don't do any prep I have to find time in our busy weekly schedule to get it done, and that just gets stressful.

Yes. It varies a little. Generally I make up breakfast burritos for myself. I don't like them frozen so make them fresh though not exactly like typical breakfast burritos. I also usually boil eggs for dd's breakfast. Then I usually fill a couple of serving bowls with frozen veggies to go with dinner a couple of nights, ready to cook in microwave (boring I know, but it's a veg). Monday is usually a crock pot meal so I throw that together and put the liner in the fridge and just pull it out on Monday morning and put it in the crock pot and turn it on. Take any meats I plan to cook out of the freezer and into the fridge to thaw. Then I chop up some veggies for snacks, pre-portion crackers etc into baggies. I will sometimes take all canned goods/spices etc out of the pantry and group them on the counter with the cooking dishes etc needed. Not for all meals but one or two, though usually the night before, not the weekend.
I don't always do this/all of this but when I do its a big help for the week. The only problem is then I'm usually cranky I spent so much time on a Sunday working instead of relaxing.

Not so much pre-cutting, as I often don't like the texture of vegetables that were cut days before, but I always do some kind of pre-cooking on Sunday. I usually cook chicken breasts for salads, make some kind of soup/stew/pulled meat to serve as a quick dinner and/or leftover lunch later in the week, and make a crustless quiche for healthy breakfasts.

I do a meal plan and grocery list for the week. Shop Sunday morning. I have been making mason jar salads for work and I prep those all sunday. I also cut up carrots and celery and put those in baggies for work all week. I have a few extras so if I get home from work and I'm hungry I will grab one of those instead of the chips. I just need stuff to be easy to grab and go. I also buy grapefruit for breakfast and lemon/limes and cut those up for each day of work. Then I make sugar free jello and put those in little mason jars in the fridge so they are available for snacks.
I try to make sure there are a enough grab and go items for everyone during the week. Makes it easier on me and no one is saying "theres nothing to eat in this house" lol.
the meal plan and recipes are on the fridge so its easy to find everyone and everyone knows what we are having. We have also been trying to eat leftovers and have less waste. Usually wednesday is leftover night.
This has really helped with our grocery bill and keeping me on track with my diet goals.

I do food prep on Sundays. I shop either Friday night or Saturday afternoon. Menu varies but I wash/chop everything I need for salads. I roast off some veggies. Make something for breakfast (sweet potato hash, frittata, or egg muffins, etc). Cook of a couple of protein options. Then it's mix and match for meals during the week. Some Sundays I HATE the weekly cook up and some Sundays I don’t mind it. I’m bummed that football is essentially over because I loved being able to watch football and get my cooking done.
