Thanks to those of you who recommended the Fresh Wave! After the thread on Saturday, I went to BB&B and bought two. We got to test it out on Sunday. We got takeout for dinner. It's our favorite, but like many other foods, I don't like to smell it after we eat it. I dropped my 15 yr. old off at the movies, then picked up the food. When my daughter got back from her date, she didn't even know we got the food because she couldn't smell it! I love having it in the kitchen. We also used it next to our daughters open dance shoe bag and it really helped.
I am buying them for my daughters bedrooms, the car and the shoe closet. My favorite "pea" recommendation!

Explain the product please. I have a 13 year old boy with smelly feeet I have never heard of it before, but there was a thread about it on Saturday. It's a jar with "beads" and you peel off the top. It's supposed to eliminate odor without an overpowering scent. So I thought I would give it a try. My husband dislikes fragrant candles (gives him a headache).
We got Indian food take-out (our favorite!) for dinner on Sunday. We can usually notice the smell of the food for a couple of days after. But we had the jar in the kitchen, and when I went out later to run to the store, and came home, I didn't even notice the smell. My daughter didn't either when she returned from the movies.
But I will tell you what helped with smelly feet. This is going to sound crazy! I have three girls (11, 15 and 17) and their feet smell so bad! When they would come home from school, I would make them immediately wash their feet. Especially the 15 yr. old. So I had her soak her feet in a little tub of hot tea (after it cooled). She would do it for 30 min. every day for a week, then 2 times a week after (about a month) to maintain. Now once every 1-2 weeks. It worked so well for her! I heard it on Oprah a few years ago, but had to google it to get more information. Yes, my daughter was not thrilled about it, but I didn't want her to be at a friends house and be teased (the odor was very bad, though of course she didn't notice it!).
