Is there an app or something that you can use to send a bunch of "spam" type texts to someone as a joke? My BF wanting to mess with a co-worker.

IMHO... Spam is not a joke!! It's a nuisance, can cause the receiver to incur fees and clogs up the bandwidth...

Just think what could happen if the person is driving and their phone goes crazy with multiple texts. Some people can't resist a peek if they think there's an emergency.

If your BF wants to be an immature jerk and mess with someone, he should do his own work. And really, spamming someone is not funny.

Sorry, but can only agree with everyone else, sending spam is not a joke nor is it at all funny - especially to the recipient! It's also a pretty juvenile thing to do to a co-worker!

My BF wanting to mess with a co-worker. a friend of mine put a rather large sign up at an intersection of her neighborhood--Call Rob and wish him a happy birthday! He's 40! 555-123-4567 Dozens of neighbors called him that day!

Are you messing with us?
If not, I agree with previous posters. Spam is not a joke. And, your BF should probably not "mess with" a co-worker. Does he want to lose his job?

I agree with you all. I wouldn't think its funny either. But these guys are constantly messing with each other so it would be laughed off. They've been at this job for 17 years and it's their personal phones so no it won't cause a work problem.

I wouldn't do it because who knows what lists his cell phone number will get added to by that app.
Honestly, I would absolutely hate it and not think it was funny. And I would remember that turnabout is fair play.

Actually I remember there's a way to send texts from a computer, you just need to know their carrier. I read this once on the board here.

There's an app called TextSpy. I pranked a friend a few months ago with it and made them think they somehow were enrolled in hourly Fun Cat Facts. Things like "catnaps are called catnaps because cats take naps". To cancel, reply "cancel".
When I came clean later that day, he thought it was the best thing,,be sure you are pranking the right audience though.

Except when I search text spy it get apps to trace cheating spouses texts. Lol
