I'm making BBQ ribs, baked potatoes and buttered corn for my grandsons and SIL for dinner tonight. What are your plans?

I've changed the menu 3 times in the last 2 days, but have settled on rotisserie chicken that my wonderful mom picked up at Costco for me today, leftover baked potatoes from last night, and leftover baked beans or peas, also from last night. Easy night!

I put beef stew in the crock pot early this morning. It's smelling VERY yummy, and I love that dinner is already done.

We've eaten way too much the last couple of days so tonight it's something pretty light, grilled ginger sesame chicken salad.

JoP, I'm sorry that you're not feeling well. Rest trumps cooking. We're having sloppy Janes and potato something w/ a veggie.

Some kind of fish..baked or poached...rice pilaf and garlic roasted broccoli. Nice and healthy until you get to the "better than sex" chocolate cake drowning in whipped cream and caramel.

Beef stir fry with lots of fresh veges. (well as fresh as you can get in the middle of winter in Alaska! )

It's clean-out-the-fridge night at my house tonight. My husband gets the leftover round steak with mashed potatoes and gravy and I get chicken alfredo. I'll do a vegetable and a garden salad to go along with our dinners. Easy peasy.

I grilled a bunch of chicken last night so we would have leftovers. So tonight we will have leftover chicken with asparagus and a salad.
