I'm considering dropping our phone land line. The only person who calls, is my MIL and telemarketers. Can you add our land line to our Verizon smart phone data plan? I really like our land line number and have much information linked to this phone number. I'm also bundled with the Comcast Triple Play, with phone/internet/TV, renting the Comcast telephony modem. Our bill with Comcast is $228/month with STARZ only and will consider the price of unbundling the triple play. I have a non-telephony modem that I could replace the comcast one, so I wouldn't have to put out money for a new modem. Last weekend, I spent an hour on the phone with Comcast, getting talked into the X1 upgrade at $200/ month with $50 install fee. I said no way, I'm not paying for an install fee.
