I'm pretty new to Google Docs. I currently am unable to get into the site. It has given me an error number and says to contact an administrator. I think I've done what I can.
So...Google Doc experts how long does stuff like this last? Gee the paperwork I'm trying to work with is for PARCC. Maybe it's a sign......
Oh, and just heard from my tech. The issue has been going on with Google since yesterday morning! Ugh

I was just trying to work in my google docs and got an error message. I refreshed and then it worked for awhile and then I got the error message again. I refreshed again and it hasn't happened in the last half hour or so. Error messages or problems with drive are rare.

I haven't had it go down on me like that. I dislike google docs for that reason. If the cloud gets hacked or goes down, I don't have access.
I'd wait an hour and try it again.
Ftr, important or urgent stuff I email to myself and put into word for a flash drive.

It's only class lists that have to be dealt with in order for testing to occur on Tuesday. At least the issue started Friday morning about 8 a.m. and it's only Saturday afternoon at 1:30! Yeek.......
Besides letting tech know I've restarted my browser and computer. I've also tried different browsers. Nothing is working now.
Thanks!

Intersting, I was on docs multiple times yesterday. Can you switch machines?
Are you trying to access it through Docs? Have you tried going in through Drive?

I have the old class lists that became old after my late Thursday afternoon meeting. Staff was to edit these so I could prep them for testing. I'm not sure the editing was complete so I was going to see what I could do and print the sheets.
So, I guess I'll put work away and bind one of the quilts I'm working on.

Yes, I have tried 3 different computers along with 3 different browsers on each computer. My tech dept is working on it too.
I'll quilt away and check it again later.
Thanks

What browser are you using? Sometimes when I have an issue, switching browsers solves it.

This happens to me all the time. I could never figure out if it's a district issue or a Google issue.

Mine was a district issue. When I was trying to login it gave me an error number and told me to contact the admin. So, I emailed our school tech department. I knew they were working today as we start PARCC on Tuesday so anyone in Tech is on the job this weekend.
This is the first this has happened, but our district is slowly working toward using Google Doc's more and more.
