I thought it was just the double bonus that ended last month. I don't see the option on the app though. That really sucks. Even without the bonus I'd prefer to stick with one card.

I just transferred on Sunday night with no issues - but from my PC, not a phone. Maybe something is just squirrelly with the app?
I took a look at the Savings Catcher FAQ, and it still shows the Bluebird card as an option.

I've been checking around the app and only see the e gift card option. Bummer.

Just got this email:
If you are currently unable to redeem your Savings Catcher balance to your Bluebird® account via the Walmart Mobile App, we apologize for the inconvenience. We are aware of this issue and already have a solution on its way. The good news is that you can continue to redeem to your Bluebird account on the Savings Catcher website here.
Please be on the lookout for a Walmart Mobile App release later this month when published on Google Play and iTunes App store. Once updated, Bluebird will again be available as a redemption option.
Sincerely, Your Walmart Savings Catcher team

It's a program walmart has. You can use the app or use the website-you enter your receipt information and it compares prices with other local stores. If any have a lower price on certain items you get it back in the form of walmart gift cards or you can put it on a bluebird card (but that portion of the balance can only be used at Walmart).

I love it! Since Sept I've had $63 back...and about $45 of that they doubled before end of Feb!
