I have been dealing with left breast pain and iitching for almost a year. II've seen the nurse practitioner at the OB office twice. Then if started to swell. Had mammo that came out ok. Saw OB 2 mos later. She examined and didn't seem worried. Ome lymph node in armpot slightly swollen but she wasn't concerned. Month later pain has spread to shoulder. Referred to surgeon. Not too concerned. Has me try 3 months of vitamin E and evening Primrose. No change. Was supposed to follow up in Feb but DD was in then hospital. Cancelled and rescheduled for 3/31. But pain is worse large lump and swelling in armpit and several lumps in breast. I can live with the pain... just want to know what is causing it. Scared and fearing its cancer. Dont want to say anything to worry DH or my parents unless there is a reason to...my brother died of totally different cancer and don't want to upset my parents. Could you spare a prayer for me ease.

DH knows I'm ar the appt and about the new lumps... just didn't tell him that I'm scared cuz he'd take off work to come and there's some stuff going on at his job and it really isn't a good time for him to be off.

I'm glad you are being seen. You will have peace of mind that way.
I had something similar a few years ago. Lump in armpit, then a couple in breast. Turned out to be clogged breast ducts.
