Pyeloplasty operation in ifants, what can you tell me?

DGS has to have a pyeloplasty done next month.  The fluid in his kidney has not decreased.  He will be 5 months old at the time of surgery.

Anyone have a child or grandchild that had this procedure done?  How did it turn out?
