How do you know if you injured it?we took he boys to an indoor trampoline park....my oldest started complaining of his collar bone area hurting after landing....now he real uncomfortable all the way from there down to his hand. If still persists in the morning will take for xray. But what do they do for that?

I'd go in for an xray.
I broke my collar bone when I was 2 or 3. I fell out of bed and landed on an old fashioned desk. I had a brace that I wore, but I don't remember it at all. My mom saved it and I have it packed away somewhere.

THey may have him wear a sling on the arm for that side so the weight and movement of the arm doesn't irritate the injury. We don't normally think of our arm has having weight but it does. The muscle pulling against the bones can keep it from healing properly. Have him see a doc to see what kind of injury he has and how to keep from making it worse.

Both of my girls have broken their collarbone. It's a very common break in kids. My older had significant pain and wouldn't move her arm around. She was horsing around in the living room and fell backwards off the arm of an oversized chair. The younger was following me down the stairs to the laundry in the basement and missed a step and tumbled the rest of the way. She was crying and holding her arm tight to her stomach. Honestly it scared me so badly because I thought she hit her head too. I picked her up gently and rushed her to the ER. She was only 3. They did an XRay in both cases and they had slings to wear. My older DD was about 8 when she did it and had a hard time moving around much at all. The younger was skipping down the hallway to the Dr's office for a follow up 2 days later and refused the sling after about 4 days.
I would get an XRay done if he's still uncomfortable in the morning.

I would go for an X-ray? Does he have normal range of motion in that arm? Probably they will just give him a sling to wear until it sets. There's not much more that can be done for a broken clavicle unless it is compound (breaks thru the skin) or setting in an awkward angle that prevents range of motion.

Broken collar bone is the most common broken bone in kids, statistically. For most kids there is nothing to do but put it in a sling for as long as they will wear it. For more serious breaks they will use a brace.
As the orthoped put it when my youngest broke his - you put two ends of a broken collar bone in the same room and they will find each other and heal.
It is a common break that usually heals very quickly with only minor intervention, unless it is a complicated fracture, which it doesn't sound like your son's is.
All that said, I'd take him in and get him x-rayed. At least around here, later at night on the weekends is quicker for getting seen at the ER. If you wait until Sunday, when everyone's doctor's offices are closed, it will take a while.

Was just coming to update Xray showed no break...they think it may be a shoulder sprain or rotator cuff he is in a sling until we can get in to the orthopedic and get an mri.

I'm sorry! Sometimes sprains are more painful than breaks. I hope he feels better soon.
