We're trying to price out t-shirts for a local group and I'm not sure where to start.
1. The t-shirts will have a custom one-color design. 2. They have to be available in sizes from toddler to 5xl. 3. The last time t-shirts were ordered, they only paid $7 per shirt. That's not gonna happen these days, but a lower price would be nice. 4. A wide range of color selections would be nice but not required.
Hit me with your suggestions!! Thanks!

Oh, I didn't realize you could do the variety of sizes on either of those! Thanks!

We've ordered from customink.com for theatre tees. I did a quick look and it was $8.08 for a white tee with black ink with an order of 25 or more.they have tons of tees, colors, and sizes from youth to 5x.
Obviously the price goes up with more colors and fewer tees. I've found that the tees we order are really thick and nice. They are roomy and don't shrink a lot when washed. I'm not sure what tees we use, but I can find out for you if you like. Our tees are usually about $15, including shipping. It would be less if we could get our orders in sooner, but theatre people aren't known for their organization!

I'd appreciate that, Michelle. I'm thinking at least 30 would be ordered with a large size range.

A friend of mine just got some from Custom Ink. She loves them, said they were very easy to work with, and they keep the design so you can order more another time.

I'd appreciate that, Michelle. I'm thinking at least 30 would be ordered with a large size range. Both are Gildan. One label says Heavy Cotton, one label says Ultra Cotton. Both are nice quality. I would say that the Heavy Cotton is a bit thicker and the Ultra Cotton is less stiff. They definitely feel nicer than the normal screen printed tees we get. We use them for the smaller shows and do big bulk orders for the bigger shows, using a local company. When we are ordering over 100 tees, it's cheaper for us to go to the local place, but they charge a bigger initial set up fee, which makes places like CustomInk cheaper for the smaller orders.

Another Custom Ink vote. We've ordered from them several times. Great prices. Great color selection. Great delivery time. Can you tell I like them?

I agree with Michelle that CustomInk is usually less expensive when it comes to smaller orders. I've heard good reviews about them too. Gildan is our top selling brand in tee shirts. Between the Heavy and the Ultra cotton the Heavy is actually the lighter weight of two. It's a 5.3oz vs the Ultra's 6oz. Gildan also makes a ladies tee that has a less boxy fit. You mentioned a large size range - not sure if CustomInk does upcharges for sizes XX and up (most places do). Good luck

Another vote for CustomInk. I did family reunion shirts there several years ago (so a variety of sizes), although if you only have a couple of small toddler sizes, that may be an issue. For the shirts we ordered, they weren't available in anything less than a youth small and in order to get anything in a different shirt for toddler, you had to order at least 6 (IIRC) of the toddler shirts. Anyway, the delivery was surprisingly quick and the quality awesome!

We used booster.com for a t-shirt fundraiser recently and they were amazing to work with.
