onto your under eye area?
I use the 'spray fix' stuff to 'set' foundation.
I don't want to use powder near my eyes because it will magnify my wrinkles there.
I do use waterproof mascara.

Sharla, are you having a contest with yourself today? There are SEVEN (7) threads from you on the first page. Not that I'm complaining, not in the least, but you do seem on a roll here.

I'm sorry! I thought about posting an apology in the op. I'm on my second ice tea. Maybe it's the caffeine, or pre-vacation energy.

I don't wear eyeliner. But, my mascara never runs. It's the L'Oreal Double Extend, which is one of the tube type mascara so. I love that stuff!

I use MAC Studio Fix as my foundation and put it under my eye makeup and nothing moves at all ... I will admit that I think it has more to do with living in a dry climate (Alberta) ... nothing moves I'm thinking that humidity would be hell for most products

I wear what's known as "tube" mascara. Instead of "painting" on your eyelashes, it forms little plastic tubes around each individual eyelash, and you can swim in it, cry in it, and it won't come off. It doesn't smudge or creep at all. I wear contact lenses and LOVE this mascara. It's super easy to take off-I just wash my face and gently massage my lashes and they slip right off. I've worn it for the last 5-6 years. There are many brands on the market but I started with the original and still wear it today. It's called "Blinc Mascara" and I buy it at Sephora.

I use a dark eyeshadow (charcoal, dark brown, eggplant, etc.) as a liner. I moisten the tip of a lining brush a bit and it really stays put. I only wear liner on my top lids. I wear a Revlon mascara on upper and lower lashes and have never had a problem with it running (and I hate waterproof mascara). I also have really big eyes, which I think helps!

I use powder, I'd rather have my wrinkles show than walk around 10+ hours looking like a racoon - the lesser of two evils.

I use this product on my eyelids (under my eyeshadow) and wipe the last bit of product along my lower lash line: The only two liners I have tried which don't run are Clinique and Sephora's brand. The only mascara I have found which doesn't flake is Benefit's They're Real!

I haven't found a liner that doesn't smudge, unless it's liquid eye liner. It is really humid down here, though.

I have that problem as well. What kind of moisturizer do you use under your eyes, if any? That can make a difference as well.

I use facial sunscreen, but I don't take it up close to my lash line. I do use the liquid foundation to camouflage the dark circles. Lately i've been dusting with a bit of sheer powder, which seems to help a bit

I use Too Faced primer for my eyes. It seems to keep everything in place. I also don't use mascara on the lower lashes. Shoot, I hardly use mascara at all.

I don't have any issues with mascara bleeding, and I use eyeshadow over my liner to set it. Occasionally my left eye (Only, for some odd reason) will smudge the liner but it's an easy fix with a touch more shadow and it only happens after several hours.
