It will hit me suddenly. Like last week, it was baked beans. The week before, crackers and cheese. Another time, chocolate. I keep telling myself that 26lbs down is worth the sacrifice, but sometimes it's hard. And no, I can't have one square of chocolate and be happy. I'm an all or nothing person. I will eat the whole family sized block, so the best thing for me to do is to have none.

macaroni and cheese. The real, baked, gooey on the inside, crunch on top kind. I haven't eaten mac and cheese in two years. While I don't crave it, I do often wish it wasn't so bad.

My kids think I am the Queen of all things Magic when I make homemade chocolate pudding. Holy smokes, they will eat the entire pot before it even cools if I let them. If I make whip cream they will pretty much do anything I ask. I save it for when I need to bribe them to do the big stuff I need them to do. Refupea rule #987364 requires that you post a recipe!! Pretty please! I use this recipe for both chocolate pie and for chocolate pudding...it is really, really good. The only thing I will caution you is to NOT use anything less than whole milk, it just doesn't work as well, or taste as good if you don't. I sometimes use a mix of two thirds half and half and a third 2% milk. You have to have the fat in the milk. chocolate pie and I use the same recipe for pudding

Is that Gnocchi you are referring to? One tax season I ate that for dinner ever single night at my second job, sitting in front of a computer entering taxes. Need I tell you how much weight I gained in less than 90 days. Mine would be ALL kinds of Cheese... unlimited cheese..... And most any kind of salty snack! Kelli YES! Gnocchi. YUM! And again, another defeated sigh and forlorn frown on my face. That stuff is good. There was this little restaurant down the street from my house in Germany. The owner was Italian and would sometimes add a side order of freshly made gnocchi and a bottle of wine to my order when I visited. He ended up retiring and selling his restaurant. I have such good food memories of that place! Oh my you just mentioned probably my number 1 thing that I wish was good for me... WINE... After a visit to Paris two years ago and this year to Napa Valley, I fully admit I have become a wine snob and LOVE A good glass of quality wine (never imagined I would say that) Problem is I could have a lot of those glasses!!!!! I know all in moderation... I think it was trader joe's I used to get some good Gnocchi, but since DH wont eat it, I try to not buy if for fear of eating all myself!

If I fancy chocolate I can usually distract myself away from it on a good day....if I had a taste, I'd be done for
