I bake my wings and they are as crispy as fried and actually not unhealthy that way! Bake them naked from frozen at 450 for 75-90 minutes, then coat them in wing sauce and you'd never known they weren't fried.

Chinese food (deep fried just about anything) Pasta with cream sauces Bread. Lots of bread. Tons of bread. Bread for every meal. More bread. Ok let's just say "flour" as this includes but is not limited to: Italian bread, French bread, French toast, cinnamon buns, waffles, apple pockets (I can't explain but imagine bread/apple/cinnamon but different from an apple strudel and turnover.)

It will hit me suddenly. Like last week, it was baked beans. The week before, crackers and cheese. Another time, chocolate. I keep telling myself that 26lbs down is worth the sacrifice, but sometimes it's hard. And no, I can't have one square of chocolate and be happy. I'm an all or nothing person. I will eat the whole family sized block, so the best thing for me to do is to have none. I know!! Whoever said that that was a good option? If I fancy chocolate I can usually distract myself away from it on a good day....if I had a taste, I'd be done for I'm sat on the same bench as gar and polz

Hot, buttery tubs of popcorn (popped in oil of course) with lots of salt, served with an icy cold Coke. My favorite snack but I could easily make a meal out of it.

I absolutely love frosting out of the little tubs. Before I started the weight loss journey that I'm on now, it wouldn't be surprising to find a tub of frosting in the fridge just ready for me to get a couple of cold spoonfuls of that deliciousness!!
