And I'm not ashamed to admit it!!
Just tonight we had blt's for dinner.. Mine with a little bit of mayo and some Sriracha.. So good!
I make dips with it.. I put it in cottage cheese..
I just can't get enough! Please tell me somebody else shares this love!!
And.. Enable me.. What do you use it on?

I almost regret all the food I ate before I knew sriracha sauce existed. It makes everything better.

A woman I used to work with got me onto sriracha. She gave me a recipe for an amazing chicken dish, but I can't for the life of me find it. jayfab, my DSO uses srirarcha on eggs too. Mine with a little bit of mayo and some Sriracha.. So good! Yes I like it mixed through mayo as well.

Have you tried the Sriracha beer that Rogue brews? I keep looking at it, but I'm not much of a beer drinker. I might buy some just to taste it though.

My favorite use for Siracha is on BBQ pork sandwiches. YUM!! That's what I was going to say! It gives a nice kick to barbecue sauce. I also add it to cole slaw, stir fry, eggs.

I love to stir it into cream cheese and spread the mixture on bagels. I also like to mix it with peanut butter and dip celery sticks into it. Or my fingers.

I can take it or leave it, but I did recently learn they make stiracha salt which sounds intriguing.

WE go to a pizza place (Mod Pizza) that has Srirancha sauce. Sriacha sauce mixed with Ranch. After your pizza is made you can add it on top, mmmmmm. Boom, I think I just combined two threads in one, lol (what to do with Ranch mix)

I must be the only one out there that is not a fan of sriracha. I like spicy foods but whenever I taste the sriracha then nothing else has any flavor and that is all I taste. My daughter made a pizza with a honey sriracha crust but failed to mention this when I broke off a piece of the crust. Yikes, I downed a bottle of water as my son and daughter stood watching me and then my son said he would pass on the pizza.
Have you all tried the sriracha candy canes at Christmas? My oldest daughter loves them.

I'm a deep down Frank's Red Hot girl. I just can't get past the sweetness in Sriracha. I don't find it sweet at all... I like many different types of hot sauce. Years ago 4 or 5 drops of Tabasco would kill me off but now I love really spicy foods.

Just polished off a plate of eggs with sriracha (and green pepper, onions, spinach, jalapenos and Tabasco)! I can't wait to try it with mayo.

That's the sauce with the rooster on the bottle, right? If so one of my grandson's uses it on everything. I automatically buy a bottle when he's coming to stay for a while and toss it when he leaves. It just looks so RED, like it's been colored that I'm afraid to taste it. Or maybe I'm not thinking of the right product...........
