That is the number of thickers they own!! After reading and responding to the thicker wishlist thread I was thinking of all the wonderful colors and font combinations I wish they would come out with, and then I thought of my thicker drawer that is stuffed to the gills with thickers.... Hi, my name is Charliegirl and I'm addicted to thickers!! In my defense I've been buying since they 1st came out with them many moons ago and rarely pay full price for them. I usually get them at joanns.com when they are on sale or at TM, Marshalls, TJ max or if they come in my Scraptastic kit. And I do use thickers on just about every single layout. So, after thinking about that, I decided to count how many I own.... I'm shocked! Anyone care to share how many thickers the own?? I'll show you mine if you show me yours!!! Lol!!

My best guess would be a dozen. Probably didn't make you feel any better did it?

I have 2 or 3 dozen sets. I use them on almost every LO, on cards, for school projects, etc. They are a good value for me since I get so much use out of them.

I own around 100 packs! Yikes can't believe I said that. I've bought mine in most of the places you have, and have never paid full price for them.

Okay, I am probably missing a few in kits I have lying around but around 70 packs, some a lot more used than others. I have a lot, but they do get cycled through, so it is okay. Plus I also just bought a bunch because Spotlight (a store similar to Michael's) just had them on sale. ETA: like lostwithout2peas I have been buying them since they started making them. I remember the first pack I think I bought was black glitter Roller Rink font...so pretty!

I will also say that on my latest layout I just used a SUPER old pack of Thickers that I had never used before. Vera font in Vinyl colour: Taffy. They have got to be at least 8 years old, but they are still adorable and useable. I never feel guilty about buying Thickers, they don't go out of style and I still like them even after years and years on.

Oh good, glad I made you feel better. It makes me feel better to know I'm not the only one also. In my defense though, I usually by two of same because you know there is never enough letters in one pack(well that is what I tell myself anyways).

In the sprinkles font and I think the color is cherry. The sticky part is horrible though, I have to add more glue!

And even with 186 packs of thickers I'm still on the hunt for them! I have no more room in the drawer that I store them, so I'm trying not to be stingy with them and use them in longer titles.

It was a kit from before the SC days...so probably 2005 or 2006. Very popular and hip, however, the owner seemed to have a lot of personal and family issues (I think I am remembering correctly) which led to the downfall of the kit sadly!

Zero. I have none. I have a gazillion other letter stickers (the flat kind, or cardstock ones like from OA, Doodlebug, etc.) but not one single pack of Thickers. I guess I've heard so many stories about how the adhesive sucks and they don't stay stuck, etc. that it just scares me off of ever buying any.
Besides, if I want a title with bigger letters like Thickers would create, it's so easy for me to just cut one with my electronic cutter and it's always the exact right size, color and font that I want, so I've never felt the pull to buy them.

I have 142 full packs. #noshame! I gave at least 40 used sets to my son's girlfriend because she was making 4 books for her friends. I also have about 60-80 other letter stickers of other brands on my Clip it Up. I have purchased 98% at 40-50% off though.

When mine outgrew their original storage solution I told myself I had to start using them on every layout. After about a day of that I decided to to have an overflow. I have mentioned this before, but if you get the little Prima inks (small blue containers) you can take alphas from any mixed sets and ink them to be all the same color no matter what color they started off as. It is a great way to use extra letters. The inks go on like a thick paint.

And even with me using them on 99.5% of my layouts they still seem to multiply like rabbits in the dark! Lol!

Yes, adding it up (and I got 90% of mine on sale, too) is kinda' depressing. "But if I had paid full price, ... !"

my guess is less than 20; I only have one 12x12 Iris case full of Thickers, so really not that many.
(of course, part of it is because I don't like paying full price for them, and I don't like the majority of the fonts I see when I see them in TJ Maxx, etc. type stores. I might find it easier to buy a LOT more if those two factors weren't an issue.)

I've used my Silhouette to cut some titles, but I like the dimension! (and don't want to do the layering trick with multiple cuts)
