Would you wear them yet? Not in a place that's still 90...but if it were in the 70s? And you work in a chilly office? Lol

I do. But I don't care what's in fashion or not. I wear for comfort, ease of care (no dry cleaning) and classic styles. ETA: I just saw your "yet". I thought you meant wear them at all. My answer is still yes.

Lol yea I mean yet. I have a light grey pair and a maroon pair. Office is very casual but I get tired of jeans. I can't wait to start wearing my maxi skirts with my boots!

I got made fun of for wearing corduroy pants...I told all my coworkers to fuck off. It's too hot here to wear them yet. The mere thought makes me sweat.

Yes, I would wear them in a chilly office. Last week there was two days of 58 being the high and I wore boots, long sleeved shirt, and a cardigan. I thought it felt colder.

Zzzhp, zzzhp, zzzhp. That's the sound my thighs make in corduroy pants. So no.

I wear what fits the temp, not the calendar date. If we had a crazy 50 degree day in July in TX, I would be wearing my skinny jeans, Fall boots and a cardigan! LOL

Not sure what light weight cords are, they're all the same to me. The LOFT is selling some pretty lavender cords right now. I bought my first adult pair of cords from the LOFT last year but am waiting a month to wear them. I don't wear full length pants in the summertime ever.

Believe me...cords are out of style with that demographic.

I bought the burgundy and off white cords from The Loft as soon as my Loft cash was available to spend. I LOVE them - great fit and light weight enough for fall. It is still too hot here to wear them yet though. We had a brush of fall last week and I pulled out some jeans and a lightweight sweater. I was about to pass out around 2pm. I'm just too ready!! Also Annabella if you look at The Loft right now, they have 2 kinds of cords in there - the ones like the lavender you mentioned are a lot more light weight that the others with the stitching around the knee. They are heavier and stiffer.

I usually buy a pair every year. I usually buy the toothpick cords from J Crew and I have a favorite pair from Loft as well. They are definitely not out of style

I'm not a huge fan of cords (they remind me of my old geography teacher who wore a god awful poop coloured pair for four years) but those Lavender ones are really nice.
