I'm in the mood to share some costume enhancing ideas. So if you're interested, share your costume decisions or possibilities so I have opportunities. TIA!

My 2 year old is going to be spider man. My 5 year old is going to be a blue alien. My 6 year old is going to be a pink crayon. We're pretty tickled with their costume choices this year!

I'm going to be the Joker (the comic strip version). SO is going to be Batman. My son was planning on being a mime, but now he's thinking about doing something else. Last year, he and some of his buddies were hipster unicorns. Teenagers are so weird LOL!

Our 11 year old is going as Nascar Driver Jeff Gordon which means I have a helmet and car to make.
our 6 year old is going as Steve from Minecraft in a red car. Why a red car you ask? Only he knows apparently...but it's been requested...LOL.

I'm sure you're tickled pink I love these costume picks! What a cute bunch you will be So I was "drawn" to the pink crayon costume and the idea of a scribble came to mind. (Maybe with a giant pink pipe cleaner ) And for a candy bucket to look like a crayon box. For the blue alien a flyer saucer candy bucket. And you can have him/her say: "Take me to your candy" And for Spiderman maybe you can dress up as the building he clings onto

The 4 year old is going to be Optimus Prime -- he's ready. Target had 40% off costumes one day last week and I came home with it. He HAD to try it on to make sure it fit . He's trying to convince his big brother to be Bumblebee. I don't know if it will work. But, last year, he did talk him into being Mr. Potato Head to his Woody. We'll see. Attachments:

My 3 year old is going to be a butterfly. She's so excited. The costume has large wings.
Does anyone have an ideas on something to go with her? We have been invited to a Halloween wedding. Costumes are not required, but the couple requested we come in then.
This is my only idea. DH is a larger guy, I'm wondering what f I can talk him into being a bumble bee. And I can be an insect catcher. We have a net and a bug catching kit.

I am going to either be Mary Poppins or a Christmas Elf, I haven't decided which yet. Both are good ideas! A spoonful of sugar for an accessory ( other than the umbrella ) A Santa's Workshop employee work badge or candycane print lanyard with name that is like yours with a Christmas theme. Maybe that will help you to decide which costume

DD14yo is going to be the 10th Doctor. DD1yo is going to be a dalek. DD4yo us going to be Elsa. DD2yo is going to be Anna. I'm planning on wearing my dress with black kitty cats on it to work the Friday before Hallowe'en, and if I'm feeling particularly spooky I'll wear my hair clip with a real animal skull on it.

A caterpillar costume, a cocoon (just wrap in batting) and the butterfly.

Only he knows apparently...but it's been requested...LOL. One real version and one creative For Jeff Gordon maybe a background of a Nacsar scene behind him ( what it would look like behind the car ) or a racetrack accessory. And a black and white checkered candy bucket. For Steve, the rule of Minecraft is blocks so if Steve has a candy bucket it has to be made out of blocks Maybe a traditional candy bucket but made out of blocks. And I'll ask dd if the car being red is a "Minecraft" thing when she gets home cause now you've me curious.

My friends and I have all dressed up as witches for over 20 years. All 12 of us have different variations of what a witch should look like. I have very long, skinny legs so I wear neon green and black striped tights with heels and an extremely short mini skirt I've got different black tops, jewelry, an amazing hat, gloves and all kinds things like that. I also have a long black fleece hooded cape that I wear over the top if it's cold out. We've turned a few heads when we all march into a bar one by one

Maybe someone can be a caterpillar and the other a chrysalis, but for wings if he chooses to be a bee can be a couple of clear balloons. I'll come back if I think of something else

I am going as Linda Belcher. My younger son is going as Gene. Not sure what the big kid is doing. I'm taking them to comicon in Austin for Halloween so it should be a really good time.

My boys went a giant bees in junior high. At night they carried plastic guns (at home) and went as killer bees. Several weeks after that they saw the John Bilushi sketch on YouTube of the bees "buzzing off." I can't look at the costumes the same now.

I'm going as Harry Potter. My Cocker Spaniels are going as Olaf and Elsa. They're both boys, but pretty sure Rocky is gender confused, as he jump Snickers quite often.
