We have had this anti-virus software less than a month and I'm about to pull my hair out. The customer service is deplorable.
Can anyone please tell me how to unblock sites from Parental Controls? I haven't specified any sites to block because I couldn't figure out how and now my kids are coming to me saying they are blocked from things. I didn't block anything to begin with! And for the life of me I can't figure out where to go in Bitdefender Central to unblock things.
I just don't get how this program is set up and all their pop ups about Bit Wallet and Bit Ransom....oh my gosh, my patience . . .
Thank you for any help you can provide. Anything will be more help than what Bitdefender offers which is days later and a copy/paste canned response that doesn't address the problem at all.
