Needing some inspiration and previous years there were so many great ideas!

I am making up some of the fire starters that I gave multiple members of my family two years ago. My sister made the request on behalf of my nieces and nephew as well as herself. They all live in an area that is very cold in the winter and they all use their fireplaces as the sole source of heat. I made them to burn 45 minutes, so I guess they work really well.
I am also repeating, as requested, some homemade doggie treats from a book I purchased. Last year I did a chicken based mix, and this year, I may try the peanut butter recipe.
Nothing exciting or terribly crafty, but since these are requested repeats, I'm going to do it.

I am having a super budget Christmas this year, so I need to get cracking too.
I make my mom and grandmother calendars and an ornament every year. My mom, I make a sculpted steampunk animal ornament- so I need to figure that one out and get going.
My brother and I aren't buying presents this year, but I am making him a Lego family portrait with Minifigs that look like his family. He loves Lego.
For my daughter, I am going to refinish Barbies to look like her favourite band, Walk Off The Earth. She just turned 8 and has too much stuff so I can just alter her existing Barbies.
My husband- I was thinking about sewing him a shirt but it has been years since I tailored anything of that calibre so that might not go the way I hope!
For Dh's family I am sending gift cards for the kids, and not worrying too much about that.

Well so far I have two rag quilts, 1 quilt and 3 zipper bags. I am also working on another quilt. I was just looking at an older 2peas thread and came across things you might be interested
There were Tub Teas, Salt Scrubs, Scrapbook pages that I believe would have been mounted in a frame, Baking Mixes in jars, homemade jams/jellies (hmm a Habanero Peach Jam might be nice) soaps, and I am sure some other odds and ends I can't quite remember.

I hope to make reversible quilted table runners for a couple of people. If I have time I'll knit and crochet multiple winter hats for grand kids and nieces. Other than that, I haven't thought of anything else.

I do a cookie exchange with dh's side of the family each year and what we like to call "The Mrs. Fields Cookie Baking Extravaganza" with my family to give as gifts, which are much anticipated every year. It's about this time of year when people start returning containers to us and asking when they can expect this years. So far all I have done is pin some recipe ideas on Pinterest. (Mrs. Fields is my mother's name )

My nephew (18 mos) loves horses, and loves going to the races with his dad too. I bought him a stuffed animal horse (big compared to him lol), and am making him a horse blanket, racing number and a matching blanket for my nephew, along with a "winner's flower blanket." I'm not very good at sewing (still learning) but I'm mostly keeping it simple. It should be cute when done.

I took photos of my nieces and DS together while we were all visiting a few weeks ago (this is hard to do on a regular basis bc we are all spread throughout the country). It was so much work to wrangle three kids 3 and under, but I think I got a few cute ones to choose from. I just kept snapping and took like 350 pics of them all, hoping for at least one pot of gold! I'm going to print, frame and mat the best to give to my mom and grandparents.

I've just completed a rag quilt and have flannel cut for two more. My husband has a broken iPod. So, if he doesn't run out to get one before Christmas I'll get him that. Our dd....well, we just gave her the t-shirt quilt I made so I'm not sure about Christmas.

I haven't started yet but I have a plan. I'm going to make jars of cinnamon honey butter for my mom and my MIL. I'd like to find one or two other things like that to give them. Neither of them need "stuff" and it's getting really difficult to buy for them. MIL is borderline diabetic so while I'd love to give her and my mom tins of cookies/treats, it's not the best idea. I'll definitely be watching this for ideas.

I crocheted ear flap hats for my 3 yr old neice and 1 yr old nephew. For my 12 yr old nephew I am taking 4 chocolate bars, wrapping a strip of pretty paper around them and wrapping a $20 bill around that. For my MIL I am crocheting a plum colored shawl. For my mom I crocheted an infinity scarf. That's about it for the homemade things and the rest of my gifts are bought for my kids, DH, Dad & FIL ... or I know what I'm getting them.

I have no idea. I will most likely do pj pants for the kids (6 pair now.) It seems easy to come up with stuff for the girls but the boys are harder. I may make YDS a case for his DS. ODS will probably get a toiletries bag. He's graduating this year so a good one will come in handy really soon.
I also make fudge to give to friends.

I have been making ornaments lately. I will probably give friends some of the nicer bracelets I have made. I have a friend who is a Mets fan so I will probably make him something in Mets colors.
