I'm **so done** with this pregnancy. I'm high-risk, and have had more sonograms, blood work, and OB visits than I can tolerate. I can't believe that I'm still looking at another 2 1/2 months. I'm tired of being sick, swollen, exhausted and crazy irritable/depressed. I know it's not as bad for me as so many others, but I'm over it. I just want to get this little guy out and get past these horrid hormones!

My arm is still a little sore from the flu shot FIVE days ago! Never had it be sore for that long.
It's raining here in Atlanta, and also in DC where I'm headed tomorrow. The day I was planning on going to Mt Vernon, there is a 100% chance of rain, so that's not going to happen.
I have had to stop taking the miracle drug that was really helping me keep my blood sugar under control. It is possibly the cause of my recent pancreatitis episode.
I have to clean the catbox tonight. It is the one major chore that I miss having my dh around to do, though sometimes he still will.
Yeah, I'm feeling pretty whiny tonight.

I got new glasses which I'm wearing all the time. (I had glasses before, but only wore them for things like movie theaters or driving at night - sunglasses for driving during the day.) So I've been wearing them around home for several hours, and no one has noticed or said anything. Great reassurance for someone who already feels largely invisible.

I had exactly the same thing when I started wearing glasses. Take it as a compliment that you have chosen frames which suit your face. xx

This woman I work with just doesn't shut. the. hell. up. Everything I, or someone else does, is met with a comment.
I move the laptop to the charging station, "Oh are you moving the laptop? Does it need to be charged?"
I close the curtain when it gets sunny, "Is it too bright for you?"
I sneeze a couple of times, "Do you have allergies or are you catching a cold?"
I am so tired of the running commentary.

I will join in. DH and I are both sick. Or I should say, I am sick and he is Man sick.
I'm sorry, no I don't feel sorry for him. I am just as sick as him but he gets the luxury of 8 hours uninterrupted sleep, while I am up every hour with the baby and can't even take anything to feel better. I don't think I have had more than two hours consecutive sleep in seven months (plus most of my pregnancy). I am SO tired.

I'm so fed up with getting a new phone. My 'broke' phone was a Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3. I thought I wanted one of the new 7 inchers but they are too wide to hold comfortably, so back it went. Amazon replaced it with a Polaroid the same size as the Mega but I didn't like it. Now I'm waiting for a new Mega. Which I would have got in the first place except being no longer made the price of them has skyrocketed. So I bit the bullet and paid the new inflated price and it should be here tomorrow.

I've been on antibiotics for almost 3 weeks for a sinus infection, with a month long RX. Friday it decided to flare up and get worse. I feel awful. On top of that, I'm scheduled for my second sinus surgery in 2 weeks, since I suffer from chronic sinusitis. First surgery was 20 yrs ago and they assure me a lot has changed since then. So done with it all. Hoping this flare up does not mess up my surgery schedule as my mom is flying across the country to help out that week.

It is making for quite an awesome game.

I *need* my sisters to step up and help with my mom. I can't go into any more because I'm afraid I'll never stop. I just need help with her.

I am soooo tired. Waaah! I do so much for our little family, and feel so underappreciated. I want a spa day, but can't afford it right now. Waaaah!

After a flu shot! Owwww my arm is killing me! Lol I got mine last Thursday morning. By the afternoon, I could hardly lift my arm. It hurt something fierce. It's now Monday, and the injection place is STILL bruised. And it still hurts if I touch it, although it's much better than it was. Craziness. It's never hurt like this in past years.

We haven't gotten our flu shots because one or more of us have been sick a couple of days of each of the last three week.

I am so tired of the running commentary. I think you work with my daughter. I love the kid but she never shuts up. Ever. She's talking in her sleep as I write this. I asked her to do her homework quietly and she launched into a ten minute diatribe about how she can't be expected to do homework if she can't talk. I don't think she realizes that you can THINK without opening your mouth.

I was told that I had to stay late after work to accommodate a patient that showed up late to her appointment. This person is chronically late to every appointment she has, I told the desk she would have to reschedule, she threw a fit and the director of our department made me do her. Which made me miss my own Dr. appt. I had scheduled after work since there was no way I could make it in time. Yes, I'm incredibly pissed and my boss needs to steer clear of me the next few days.

Sorry your arm is sore! Let's hope that it is totally worth it in the long run and that you don't get the flu. I had the flu last January, and I have never, ever, ever been so sick in my life. I just got this year's flu shot at Walgreen's two weeks ago, hoping to spare myself this year.
My whine?
When I finally have time to scrapbook (a day I'm not a work), kids are sick with colds, bake sale items need to be made, school concert costume has to be made and sewn by hand (small parts, not a whole garment, but i don't enjoy sewing, and don't have a sewing machine. Meh.)
Small potatoes, in the scheme of things.

My whine is that I still have a deep chest cough, that I can't shake. No more fever, chills, etc - but this cough wont go away. Its bad enough to make me throw up sometimes.
Also, Im pretty stressed over some things I can't control and its making me grumpy. I haven't slept more than 3 hours at night because of my cough so that just makes me a joy to be around.
