Is anyone still watching The Middle? The quote in my thread title was from the most recent episode... It has to do with Sue and Brad trying to get even with Sue's horrible college roommate. It was a really sweet scene. Anyway, I've been a huge fan since the beginning and I think it's been really great this season, even though it's getting old.. must be Season 7 or so...

I am still watching but have not seen this episode. I'll have to stay alert for the phrase.

My favorite show! My whole family watches it over and over. Season 6 dvd released today! I called Best Buy and Target and no one has it in the store, it's just online. I have to order it!
I have all the seasons dvds and I watch them most every day. I put them on my computer and have it on as I clean the house. I don't have to watch because I know all the episodes, but it's fun to listen too.
The best show!

I watched that episode but not close enough to catch that line I guess . Not surprising for me though - I am horrible at remembering movie lines that people commonly quote lol. I would stink at a music show where I had to sing lyrics back to the host. anyhow, it was a good episode and I agree that this season has been really good. I thought it might be odd with two of the kids off to college but I think it has just added a new layer. Loved the end of last week's show. I did check, it is season 7 - wow.

The Middle is by far my favorite comedy on tv. Love all the characters and it is just such a great show, I love that it is something you can watch with kids too, That whole episode was hilarious, Mike's reason for being so off lately cracked me up! I love the continuity they have as well, the death napkin, the oven quilt, etc. My favorite scene ever was when Axl was yelling at his mom because Sue was engaged, "Oh my God, she is going to be Sue Sue McGrue, nice work mom! This is all your fault!"

I love this show. It's hilarious. I watched that episode. Brad cracks me up Me too. That scene in the car after the Sex Chicken incident, when they talked - adorable! I teared up.

The actor who plays Axl is great, always cracks me up. I think I read somewhere that he is leaving the show which bums me out.

Another one here who loves the show. It is so refreshing to see all the dysfunction which in actuality is probably normalcy. I love their family.

I know he filmed a pilot for this season that wasn't picked up. They weren't sure at season finale if the show was renewed or not. I loved Sue's storyline past week, so funny! The whole cast is just perfect.

I'm a big fan and every week there is something that reminds me of my grandchildren ha! I came across Patricia Heaton's new Saturday morning show..I think on the Food Network, she was making Halloween treats and had Sue, Axyl, Brad and Nancy the neighbor on.

We love this show and see so much of our family in the characters.
The scene where Brad was preparing to confess his sexual orientation and Sue already knew was so touching.
On this last episode we LOVED Reverend TimTom's song Jesus Never had a Midlife Crisis. So perfect!

The middle has always been one of my favorites but we almost gave up on it last year. We thought that season wasn't very good. Happily, they are back to funny again this season.

I love this show-- one of the very few things I record because I do not want to miss it! Every actor is perfect! Sue Sue McGrue--- one of my favorites too! I started off not loving Axl but he grew on me! And Brick is a fantastic character!

We love this show, and are always laughing because they're family reminds me of my family! And you know what? I wouldn't have it any other way, lol.

I haven't seen most of the episodes in the last couple of seasons. Not because I don't like the show anymore, it's just become hard for me to devote time to TV (we don't have a DVR). However, Sue is still one of my all-time favorite characters on television. I love that she is always upbeat, and always sees the best in everyone and every situation.

I love this show. It's one I never miss and can watch more than once. I don't watch too much TV, but I swear the writers have a secret camera in my house so they can write about exactly what I'm going through.
Ths past week's episode was one of my favorites ever. Sue was hysterical. I cannot believe that girl doesn't have an Emmy.

One of my favorite shows. The writing and the comic timing of the cast are just perfect, IMO.
I stumbled on a Patricia Heaton cooking/party show over the weekend. The actors who play Sue, Axel, Brad, and Nancy Donahue (or is it Donnelly?) showed up as guests.

I have three girls and the older two are so much like Axl! Some things Axls says we have to laugh because our oldest daughter (Sue's age) says the exact same things to us!
Our daughters are the female Axl!

DD, DH and I love this show. DS not so much. I think he might recognize his occasional Axl-like behaviors.
DD and I have a favorite line from the show from an episode where Brick and his friends were trying to get out of recess and Brick yells "but Zach is an indoor cat" (his friend acts like a cat all the time.) it just struck our funny bone.
I also love the running jokes of the oven quilt, forgotten blue snack bag etc.
Very funny show.

I came in late on watching it - but it is on my DVR schedule now. I love it. The old ones are on a couple times every afternoon here - so I am pretty well caught up.
Very under rated show!

There was alot of talk that he was leaving but the show he was going to do didn't get picked up so he resigned with The Middle. Not sure if it is just this season or more. I am glad that he stayed.

I'm ashamed to admit we've just discovered this show. My 13 year old and I have "family TV night" on Wednesdays and watch all 4 of the ABC shows. She and I are now going to have to start "The Middle" from the beginning - I'm hoping it's streaming somewhere. We love it.

SO many good things from the Middle. I liked Mike's troubles this week when he said "I can't believe I'll be married to a 50 year old woman!" I love Mike's humour. We've watched since the beginning.

It is scary how much those kids are like my 3 kids! I swear Brick has some Autism in him! My favorite episode is when Frankie wants to be alone for Mother's Day. I also loved the Halloween episode where Brick goes trick or treating with his social skills group. It was SOO much like the one my daughter was in and she was the only girl too!
