I know I usually recommend "do the dirty sex" to you all in this situation. lol. But uh, we're good in that department so I need ideas.

We don't go big for Valentine's Day but he will get hot sauce, trail mix & beef jerky along with a nice dinner at home - maybe steak & lobster.

I ordered this, except instead of the date, under our names I added "where ever you go, I will follow"

www.mancrates.com/canisters/outdoor-survivalAnother pea suggested this site, this is the one my husband will be getting for his birthday (week after Valentine's Day) if his birthday wasn't so close I would have given it to him for Valentine's Day. We don't really exchange gifts that day.

I'm making a visit to the local liquor store. Thinking of maybe something like Grand Marnier.

I asked DH what we weren't doing for Valentine's Day....six year old DS chirped in that "we" needed to go on a date. I asked him who "we" were, and he said "The three of us"

Nada. We don't do gifts for Valentine's Day (plus my daughter and I will be out of town).

We'll exchange small gifts (I am not a big Valentine's Day person, but I can't imagine not doing anything at all) and I was thinking of doing something similar to the Together canvas upthread. And I'll make some cookies.

I have NO idea. We don't usually go big though. He usually takes me to a nice dinner and I get him something little. The man's holiday is on March 14th, and he's pretty good with that

I'm making a visit to the local liquor store. Thinking of maybe something like Grand Marnier. Grand Marnier is good. Have you tried the lime Patron liqueur? Yum! but I can't drink more than half a shot, it is potent. Patron's fancy square bottles with cork tops are masculine and cute.

We don't exchange gifts. If he's not working, then we just go out for a nice dinner.

Exactly what he wants every year - I'm ignoring it as a holiday altogether! We have a strict non-observance policy.

Not much. Our anniversary is the 12th so we'll do a nice dinner. I give DS and him cards with candy and I'll probably also throw in some scratch-off lottery tickets because that makes him blissfully happy.

We both have birthdays between Christmas and Valentine's Day so we are usually "gifted out" by then. The first year we were married, I suggested we keep Valentine's to just exchanging cards and being romantic -- no real gift exchange. He readily agreed - lol. Besides, this year I'll be on a cruise without him on the actual day. I'm going with my mama, several of my cousins, and some other friends. So it will be a long distance Valentine's day for us anyway.

Since everyday is Valentine's Day in our house...Bwahaha. We just go out the night before and stay home night of. Sometimes one of us will go all out. Depends on our life at the time. When I was having work issues, he went all out. And I do same for him. very seldom do we do gifts.

An iTunes gift card. Inside of a mushy Valentine card. Kind of boring, but he will really like it. I also made dinner reservations for Saturday night (the 13th), because on the actual day, we have tickets to see the Sound of Music.

Not sure. I thought we were getting a couple's massage, but that hasn't been booked, yet. So, right now, the only thing I know is that I will be baking him cookies, and taking them to him at work.

Probably some Cheryl's cookies and some Cow Tails... Two of his faves. We might do dinner out, or I might make him his favorite pizza at home. Not sure yet.

We've agreed to give cards only this year. We've been spending way too much money lately.
