They haven't made one, have they?
I think that would be so cool, to watch how different scrapbooking supplies are made.

That's a great idea. What product would you like to see. I think I'd like to see how dies are made and a ranger product.

A Ranger factory tour would be awesome! I'd love to see the art department of some of the companies like Graphic 45 and Basic Grey, where they have real artists and graphic designers on staff (I assume.)

Another vote for seeing how dies are made- etching the thin ones and bending the steel rule ones. I need to see the glue process of the latter as I have a couple to repair. I am not a fan of wet glues and fear the mess but I am not sure red tape will be strong enough.

That would be awesome. Years ago, a paper manu showed the printing of scrap papers: they are printed 12 to a large sheet: 2 rows of 6 12" x 12" papers: that thing was huge! (Maybe it was Jillibean Soup or KI: I can't remember which one).
I would love to see the chemists and chemistry lab that they have to have at Ranger to come up with all those products. The art side of it is one thing but Ranger shows some serious knowledge in chemical reactions to get an artsy look.

That would be fun! I remember years ago seeing short videos from Tim Holtz from the Ranger factory (e.g., seeing the distress stain bottles being filled) and I loved those.

K&Co used to be headquartered in Kansas City. During the CKU held here, the (then) local stores created a bus tour -- each of their stores and the K&Co headquarters and warehouse. It was fun to see the designers at work and a conference room holding a huge expo display! Another time, friend's husband worked with at local big printing company and we once got a bunch of "off cuts" of K&Co 12x12 papers that were "waste" during a color check. We didn't get to see the process, but we did enjoy the "trash"! Tim Holtz has videos - probably now on YouTube -- of Ranger plant explorations. As I recall, they weren't really detailed, but still fun to see!

Strap hinge albums seem like they would be complicated. There are enough tools and supplies out there that they could make a mini series. I know that I'd watch it.
